Les Fables de La Fontaine. You should definitely spoil yourself once in a while. Les Fables de la Fontaine is one of Paris gourmet restaurants with a michelin star, which was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I’ve already told you about this restaurant last year. The lunch menus are always based on fish and I needed to come back again. The restaurant itself is super tiny, but like this they can hold onto a high standard and good quality. The culinary experience is simply amazing and the staff is always so friendly. This time we had a tune tartar, squid sautéed with betroot cream soup, grilled salmon pad with lentils and chorizo salad followed by earl grey flavored panna cotta, orange jam and gingerbread foam. Hope to come back soon!
