Carrots, peppers – whatever you have leftover in your fridge. Cut it into pieces and put it in the oven for an hour. Such a great side dish!

Wow Vicky, was für eine wundervolle Location! Ist das bei deinen Eltern? Und die Rezepte klingen auch super, an Zucchiniblüten will ich mich seit letztem Jahr auch schon die ganze Zeit versuchen, die schauen so toll aus und schmecken lecker!
