Sushi Sano. It’s only three weeks ago that we were in Asia but it was more than about time for some sushi here in Munich. This time we tried Sushi Sano in the old city center.

Before I’ve been passing by a lot of time and noticed the ‘1€ sushi sign‘, which looked very attractive! In fact, you get a small variety of sets with 3 makis and 1 piece of sushi for one 1€, while more creative combinations cost between 1.5€ – 2€. Of course, it seems quite cheap in the beginning but as soon you begin to order you’ll crave for more and more. In the end it is quite the same price when you take sushi sets in other restaurants. We ordered a great variety of makis and sushis, a sashimi platter, two miso soups and two sushi rolls. But the quality of the sushis was tasty and it’s good to try new variations out. Only the sashimi platter is not worth ordering as only the tuna and salmon were tasty. Moreover, my boys wanted to conclude our dinner with two sake shots. Instead of two we got two small jars which were 3 shots per person.

Itadaki-masu!
