If you’ve been following on Instagram you saw that I’ve been working out again. The Sheraton München Arabella Park invited Conny, Olivia, Phil and me for a personalized fitnessprogram. Each of us will pursue different aims in the next eight weeks! My main problem was that I my knee started to hurt a lot while running last summer. Exactly at a point when I started to love long-distance running!
The following weeks we will be working out with the guys from Bunz Sportcoaching. On our first could also taste their ‘Color Your Plate’ food-program. Before we got a quick fitness check and mine was not too good. I’m quite fit but I was diagnosed with a flat foot which affects on my knee. As a matter of fact, I will mainly work on core stability and my running mussels in order to be fit for it in a few weeks.
By the way, the fitnessstudio is not only reserved for hotelguests. I am absolutely satisfied with the service, the studio is clean and during the day calm. And for the pool and sauna – I can’t complain!
