Anton Gschwendter<\/b>. Diese Woche ging es wieder kulinarisch rund, so war ich zusammen mit weiteren Feinschmeckern aus M\u00fcnchen ins SOFITEL MUNICH BAYERPOST<\/b> eingeladen. Dinner mit Anton \u2013 Anton Gschwendtner ist der neue Chef de Cuisine des Restaurant des Hauses La D\u00e9lice Brasserie<\/b>, der uns auch den ganzen Abend mit feinster Gourmet-K\u00fcche verw\u00f6hnte. Auftakt war ein Gl\u00e4schen Champagner in der ISArBAR, wo der eine oder andere den Abend noch ausklingen hat lie\u00df.<\/p>\n

Bei einem Bloggerdinner darf man sich nicht einfach fein an den Tisch setzen, sondern muss auch mal Hand anlegen. In Zweierpaaren wurden nach und nach die Gerichte zubereitet, angefangen mit Aal gefl\u00e4mmt mit gr\u00fcnem Apfel und rote Beete<\/i>. Dann gab es Karottentatar mit Ginkoeistee und Radieschen, Carabinero mit Avocado und Tomate<\/i>. Dabei wurde die Avocadocreme-Spirale mithilfe eines Plattenspielers angerichtet. Als Hauptgang stand ein US Chuck Edge Flap mit Mais und Spinat<\/i> auf dem Menu und danach\u00a0Erdbeere und Rharber mit Valrhona Dulcey <\/i>als s\u00fc\u00dfer Abschluss des Abends. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Abend und ich habe mich sehr \u00fcber neue Bekanntschaften aus dem Food-Bereich gefreut. Einen Besuch in der Brasserie kann ich mir demn\u00e4chst nicht entgehen lassen \u2013 einen Bericht davon gibt es bald.<\/p>\n
