Biscuittorte.<\/strong> Mein Blog verwandelt sich gerade langsam in eine kleine Rezept-Sammlung. Aber keine Angst, ich versorge euch bald schon wieder mit neuen Looks. Wusstet ihr, dass heute der World Baking Day<\/span> ist? Auf ein paar Blogs bin ich darauf aufmerksam geworden und bin f\u00fcr solche Aktionen nat\u00fcrlich sofort zu haben. <\/p>\n

Back dich gl\u00fccklich<\/em> ist das diesj\u00e4hrige Motto von Sanella. Mitgebracht habe ich euch meine absolute Lieblingstorte \u2013 eine fruchtige Erdbeer-Cremetorte<\/span>. Meine Mami backt diese Torte im Sommer besonders gerne und da ich derzeit zuhause bin, werde ich sie auch mit ihr genie\u00dfen. Ich erinnere mich nur zu gut an meine f\u00fcnf-st\u00f6ckige Variante f\u00fcr meinen 18. Geburtstag, die der absolute Wahnsinn war. Vor einem Jahr habe ich sie zum ersten Mal auch selbst ausprobiert und damit meinen Freund an seinem Geburtstag mit einer Himbeer-Variante \u00fcberrascht. Jetzt aber zum Rezept der Erdbeer-Biscuit-Creme-Torte<\/b> f\u00fcr den World Baking Day<\/em>:<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den Tortenboden<\/em>:
\n80g Maisst\u00e4rke
\n40g Kartoffelst\u00e4rke \/ Mehl
\n125g Zucker
\n2 TEL Backpulver
\n4 Eier
\nBrise Salz<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das Erdbeergel\u00e9e<\/em>:
\n300g Erdbeeren
\n1 EL Zucker
\n2-3 EL Zitronensaft
\n2 Gelatinebl\u00e4tter<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das Erdbeermousse<\/em>:
\n360g Erdbeeren
\n100g Zucker
\n90g Eiwei\u00df
\nZitronensaft
\n250g Sahne
\n6 Blatt Gelatine<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Joghurtcreme<\/em>
\n500 g Yoghurt oder Buttermilch
\n80 g Zucker
\n400 g Sahne
\nSaft 1 Zitrone
\nZitronenabrieb
\n4 Blatt Gelatine<\/p>\n

Schichtung<\/em>:
\nErdbeergelee
\nErdbeermousse
\nJoghurtcreme
\nTortenboden<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    \n
  1. Den Biscuitteig vorbereiten und bei 170\u00b0C f\u00fcr 45 Minuten rund oder eckig backen. Den Teig in 1-2 H\u00e4lften schneiden.<\/li>\n
  2. Fertige Joghurtcreme auf der ersten Biscuitlage ausbreiten und f\u00fcr 4 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank geben.<\/li>\n
  3. Sobald die Creme fest ist, das Erdbeermousse daraufgeben und wieder 4 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n
  4. Die zweite H\u00e4lfte des Biscuit-Teiges vorsichtig auf die Erdbeercreme legen und mit der Erdbeergelee-Schicht abschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n
  5. Am besten lasst ihr die Torte \u00fcber Nacht k\u00fchlen, damit sie sch\u00f6n fest ist.<\/li>\n
  6. Mit Erdbeeren oder Bl\u00fcten verzieren und genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
