Roadtrip Part 2.<\/strong> Nach zwei aufregenden Tage in der Auvergne machten wir uns nordw\u00e4rts in die Bourgogne<\/em>. Die Gegend um Nevers ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihren guten Wein und so machten wir uns auf den Wein der Region zu erkundigen. Unser erster Stopp war Pouilly-Sur-Loire<\/strong>, das bekannt f\u00fcr seinen wei\u00dfen Pouilly bekannt ist. Mein Freund hatte den Abend zuvor gut recherchiert, welche Weinh\u00e4ndler sich lohnen w\u00fcrden und so sind wir bei C\u00e9drick Bardin<\/strong> gelandet \u2013\u00a0super Wein! Die Flaschen kosten um die 8\u20ac und haben au\u00dferdem einen super Pouilly Fum\u00e9e von 2012<\/em> genommen, der 12\u20ac gekostet hat (das ist immer noch sehr wenig f\u00fcr einen guten Wein)<\/em>. Leider waren wir nicht so klug und haben die zwei teureren Flaschen in der prallen Mittagssonne gelassen, sodass bei einer der Korken gesprungen ist und unser Auto sch\u00f6n nach Wei\u00dfwein gerochen hat die ganze Fahrt. Zum Gl\u00fcck hat uns die Polizei nicht aufgehalten ;)\n <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n Ein Freund von uns hat uns f\u00fcr das Mittagessen das Restaurant Le Chat<\/strong> empfohlen, das von Laurent Chareau<\/em>, einem Sous-Chef vonI\u00f1aki Aizpitarte<\/em> des Le Ch\u00e2teaubriand<\/em> in Paris, gef\u00fchrt wird. Tolle kreative K\u00fcche f\u00fcr einen guten Preis. Das Mittagsmenu startete bei 15\u20ac pro Gericht mit einem Kaffee \/ 19\u20ac Vorspeise oder Desser + Hauptgericht + Kaffee \/ 24\u20ac Vorspeise + Gericht + Nachspeise oder K\u00e4se + Kaffee \/ 27\u20ac Vorspeise + Gericht + Nachspeise + K\u00e4se + Kaffee. Abends startet das Menu bei 27\u20ac. Au\u00dferdem bieten sie eine exzellente Weinauswahl an. Ein Muss f\u00fcr jeden Gourmet, wenn ihr in der N\u00e4he seid.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Zu Guter Letzt standen noch ein paar Flaschen Rotwein auf der Liste. Unsere Anlaufstelle daf\u00fcr war das Weingut von Vincent Bernard<\/strong> in der N\u00e4he von Sancerre. Wir wussten nicht, dass es auch einen sehr guten roten Sancerre<\/em> gab, wovon wir ein paar Flaschen mitgenommen haben. Sancerre ist normalerweise mehr f\u00fcr seinen Wei\u00dfwein bekannt. Der Winzer war sehr nett, denn wir hatten vorab auch schon geh\u00f6rt, dass sie ihren Wein nur mehr an Stammkunden weltweit weitergeben und die Nachfrage sehr viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist. Nachdem wir aber den ganzen Weg direkt gekommen waren, hat er uns nat\u00fcrlich auch welche verkauft. Zudem hat der Winzer uns erz\u00e4hlt, dass sie erst wieder im November beliefern, da die Hitze den Wein unterwegs zerst\u00f6ren w\u00fcrde.\n <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Alles in allem war es eine super Erfahrung und hoffen wir Mal, dass der Wein zuhause auch so gut schmecken wird. Ich denke ihr kennt das, dass gewisse Produkte, z.b. Baguette und Croissants noch lange nicht so gut schmecken wie im Urlaub in Frankreich.<\/p>\n
