Ich wollte schon seit Ewigkeiten Mal ins <strong>Cantine Cantona<\/strong> im Herzen Maxvorstadts. <em>Keep it local<\/em> ist ihr Motto und die Zutaten, die sie verwenden sind nicht nur super frisch, sondern auch aus der Region. Aus diesem Grund ist es auch etwas teurer als andere Restaurants <em>(ein Freund von mir fand es ein wenig zu \u00fcberteuert)<\/em>, aber dennoch immer voll. Das Essen soll auch super lecker sein und ich mag die Einrichtung besonders gerne. Au\u00dferdem sind die Tische im Freien super gem\u00fctlich im Sommer.<\/p>\n<p>Umso mehr freute ich mich \u00fcber die Einladung <em>&#8218;Pilze &amp; Riesling&#8216;<\/em>. Ein nettes Event mit leckeren Weinen und kleinen H\u00e4ppchen mit Pilzen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8222;Krause Glucke \u00e0 la Cr\u00e8me\u201c dazu <em>Butterfly Riesling, feinherb<\/em> (2014) vom Weingut Ziliken, Mosel<\/li>\n<li>\u201eGebackene Steinpilze\u201c dazu <em>Buntsandstein Riesling<\/em> (2008) von Frank John, Pfalz<\/li>\n<li>\u201eSchwammerltasche&#8220;
