BaliDiary6<\/strong>. Letzte Woche ist mein Food-Friday Internet bedingt leider ausgefallen und so habe ich auf Gili Air flei\u00dfig essen fotografiert. \u00dcberraschenderweise war das Essen viel g\u00fcnstiger als auf Bali. In den einfachsten Warungs, die einheimischen Restaurants, a\u00dfen wir zu zweit sogar f\u00fcr unter 50.000 IDR, umgerechnet ca. 3,5\u20ac. Eines unser Lieblings-Warungs auf der Ostseite war das Warung Sasak<\/span> in dem viele leckere lokale Gerichte angeboten werden. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und so wartet man auf sein Essen auch etwas l\u00e4nger. Aber ein frischer Bananensaft vertreibt die Zeit und Hunger etwas. Wir haben folgende Spezialit\u00e4ten ausprobiert:<\/p>\n

  • NASI CAMPUR<\/strong> \u2013 Reis mit einem frittiertem Ei und verschiedene Beilagen<\/li>\n
  • URAP-URAP CHICKEN <\/strong>\u2013 buntes Gem\u00fcse mit einer leckeren Kokusnuss-So\u00dfe<\/li>\n
  • CHICKEN SATE<\/strong> \u2013 H\u00fchnerspie\u00dfchen mit Erdnuss-So\u00dfe<\/li>\n
  • PELECING KANGKUNG<\/strong> \u2013 das sch\u00e4rfste Gericht, das ich bisher hatte. Gekochter Wasserspinat mit einer h\u00f6llischen Chili-Sardellen-Sauce. Das kommt davon, wenn man wahllos bestellt<\/li>\n
  • CHICKEN PARAPEK<\/strong> \u2013 eines der leckersten Gerichte mit H\u00fchnchen, Bohnen und Karotten mit einer leichten s\u00fc\u00dfen Chili-Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nach einer Weile haben wir uns aber auch mal wieder westliches Essen geg\u00f6nnt und haben den Italiener BIBA auf der Insel probiert. Leider eine Entt\u00e4uschung. Trotz des sch\u00f6nen Abends mit Vollmond war das verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberteuerte Essen nichts besonderes. Ebenso an einem anderen Tag der Burger. Aus diesem Grund empfehle ich euch, beim indonesischen Essen zu bleiben.<\/p>\n
