Mit dabei waren einige bekannte Foodblogger und ein, zwei Modeblogger-Kollegen. Ich war schon sehr gespannt, denn zum einen kenne ich mich mit Whisky noch nicht so gut aus und war besonders auf die <em>Cocktail-Varianten<\/em> gespannt. Denn Whisky hat meistens einen sehr starken rauchigen Geschmack, den man liebt oder nicht. Zum anderem verw\u00f6hnte uns das Catering vom Occam Deli mit leckerem Essen den ganzen Abend. Das Restaurant Occam Deli befindet sich an der M\u00fcnchner Freiheit und ich wollte schon l\u00e4nger Mal dort essen gehen.<\/p>\n<p>Aber vorerst einmal zum<strong> Whisky<\/strong>. Ein sehr spezielles Getr\u00e4nk, das haupts\u00e4chlich in Schottland hergestellt wird. Whisky wird aus einer aus Getreidemaische gewonnen und reift mindestens drei Jahre im Holzfass. An jenem Abend lud die <strong>Marke Dalwhinnie<\/strong> ein, die es bereits seit 1897 gibt. Das Motto Winter&#8217;s Gold bezog sich auf die spezielle Sorte <strong>Dalwhinnie Winter&#8217;s Gold<\/strong>, die auch nur im Winter gebrannt wird. Die Worm Tubs befinden sich im Freien, sodass der Whisky schneller abk\u00fchlt. Passend zum Winter-Motto wurden die Eisw\u00fcrfel, besser gesagt, Eiskuben aus einem riesigen Eisklotz geschlagen. Ich durfte auch Mal Hand anlegen. Johannisbeersirup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over Night Sirup<\/strong><br \/>\n500ml schwarzer Johannisbeersaft<br \/>\n100ml Himbeerp\u00fcree<br \/>\n500gr Zucker<br \/>\n1 ausgekratzte Vanilleschote<br \/>\n1 geriebene Tonkabohne<br \/>\nAlles kurz aufkochen und 30 Minuten ziehen lassen. Absieben und abf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p><em>dazu serviert<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ziegenk\u00e4se-Pav\u00e9. Kr\u00e4uterpilze. Tamarillo. schwarze Walnuss<\/p>\n<p>Calamaretti, Garnelen-Papaya-Couscous. Kokos. Goji-Beeren-Erdnuss-Mojo<\/p>\n<p>ger\u00e4uchtertes Kalbstatar.Maftoul Gurken. Hummer-Jakobsmuschel-Stick<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_de_content\">\nAls Aperitiv konnte man zwischen verschiedenen Cocktail-Varianten w\u00e4hlen. Besonders gut hat mir die Variante mit dem Johannisbeersirup geschmeckt. Der Abend konnte nur besser werden und ich war h\u00f6chst begeistert von dem Vorspeisen-Teller des <em>Occam Deli<\/em>. Eine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt an verschiedenen H\u00e4ppchen, die alle sehr lecker waren. Mein Favorit war eindeutig der <em>Hummer-Jakobsmuschel-Stick<\/em> und das <em>Ziegenk\u00e4se-Pav\u00e9<\/em>. Dazu gab es noch Whisky aus einem Eisglas, das aber relativ schnell schmolz und dem einen oder anderen auf die Hose tropfte. Fenchel Yuzu-Creme<\/p>\n<p>Morcilla (spanische Blutwurst). Quinoa Garnele. Liebst\u00f6ckel<br \/>\nSchwarzwurzel-Rote-Bete-Gratin. Birne. Blue Stilton-Praline. Schwarzk\u00fcmmel.<\/p>\n<p>Variationen vom Simmentaler Ochsen. Kohlrabi-Polenta. Schwarzkohl. Ger\u00f6stetes Argan\u00f6l.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_en_content\">Zum Hauptgang eine etwas prickelndere Variante mit Roibusch Soda Wasser. Sehr lecker! Zum Hauptgang gab es verschiedene Variationen rund um den <em>Simmentaler Ochsen<\/em>. Das <em>Steak<\/em> war so lecker und der Geruch kam zuvor schon immer wieder aus der K\u00fcche. Sehr interessant auch die Blue Stilton-Praline, bestehend aus dem englischen Schimmelk\u00e4se mit sehr starkem Geschmack. Sehr fein dazu war das Birnenconfit. Passionsfrucht<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_de_content\"> Als s\u00fc\u00dfer Abgang noch der \u00dcberraschungscocktail, bestehend aus dem Dalwhinnie Whisky Sour mit einem Mandarinen-Rauch. Die Eisw\u00fcrfel daf\u00fcr durften wir selbst runter schlagen, wie ihr es weiter oben schon gesehen habt. Das Occam Deli servierte eine Variation aus Dalwhinnie Whisky Zitroneneis, Pfirsichragout in einer wei\u00dfen Schokolade-Kugel.
