Unser Uniprojekt funktionierte damals nicht ganz so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten und in meinem Kopf baute ich nachts immer H\u00e4uschen \u2013\u00a0wie in einem 3d Programm. Oder lag stundenlang wach. Mein K\u00f6rper war todm\u00fcde, aber mein Geist h\u00e4tte noch Marathon laufen k\u00f6nnen. Ich schw\u00f6re euch, ich habe wirklich alles probiert \u2013\u00a0von meditativen Atem\u00fcbungen, beruhigender Musik, H\u00f6rspiele und so fort. Einiges hat geholfen und vieles nicht. Ich f\u00fchle mich nicht nur fitter, sondern schlafe viel besser. Allerdings darf man es abends auch nicht \u00fcbertreiben oder kurz vorm Schlafen gehen Sport machen. Wahrscheinlich habe ich genau diesen Ausgleich zur stressigen Uni gebraucht. Ich habe mit <em>Blogilates von Cassie Ho <\/em>angefangen und fast t\u00e4glich trainiert. Derzeit mache ich den <em>Bikini Body Guide von Kayla Itsines<\/em> und bin bereits in der 5. Woche.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Kaffee streichen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Eines meiner gro\u00dfen Probleme. In der Fr\u00fch ein Cappuccino war wirklich kein Problem, aber ab mittags kann ich keinen Kaffee mehr trinken. Dies habe ich zwischendrin aber trotzdem gemacht und dann auch noch einen viel zu starken Kaffee, sodass mein Herz um 17:00 Uhr raste und ich schon wusste, dass es eine schlaflose Nacht werde. Seit Anfang des Jahres habe ich einen Kaffee getrunken und manchmal einen Decaffeinato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_images\">\n<img class=\"post_image_landscape\" style=\"height: auto; width: 1080px;\" src=\"http:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/bluebellgrey-bedding-sleeping-recommendations-sleeping-tipps-schlaftipps-2.jpg\" alt=\"sleeping tips _ bluebellgray bedding sleeping recommendations sleeping tipps schlaftipps \" \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text\">\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_de_content\">\n<h5><strong>Das Bett nur zum schlafen verwenden<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Wieder schuldig, denn ich lerne viel im Bett, arbeite, schaue Filme. Ja ich k\u00f6nnte den ganzen Tag im Bett verbringen, nur irgendwann dankt es mir mein R\u00fccken. Seitdem ich diesen Tipp bekommen habe, schaue ich Filme meistens auf dem Sofa und arbeite brav am Schreibtisch. Das hat wirklich geholfen!<\/p>\n<h5><strong>warme Decke, k\u00fchle Raumtemperatur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ein gro\u00dfes Problem war auch, dass mein Federbett viel zu kalt war. Beim Einschlafen merkte ich dies nicht, aber in der Nacht wurde es dann immer sehr frisch. Dadurch habe ich schlecht geschlafen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Handy 30 Minuten vor dem Schlaf aus <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ja ich geh\u00f6re eindeutig zu der Gruppe, die abends noch stundenlang alle m\u00f6glichen Social Media Apps checkt. Handy am besten schon bevor man ein letztes Mal ins Bad geht weglegen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_images\">\n<img class=\"post_image_landscape\" style=\"height: auto; width: 1080px;\" src=\"http:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/bluebellgrey-bedding-sleeping-recommendations-sleeping-tipps-schlaftipps-3.jpg\" alt=\"sleeping tips _ bluebellgray bedding sleeping recommendations sleeping tipps schlaftipps \" \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text\">\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_en_content\">\n<h5><strong>Lesen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Zum Abschalten und Runterkommen wirkt lesen wirklich Wunder. Am liebsten lese ich Kom\u00f6dien und leihe mir nun regelm\u00e4\u00dfig B\u00fccher in der Bibliothek aus. Au\u00dferdem lese ich immer fremdsprachige B\u00fccher, das das Gehirn umso mehr anstrengt. Meistens ist es dann aber so spannend, dass ich das Buch an einem Abend fertig lesen muss. Dann kann es schon Mal sp\u00e4t werden.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Abendtee<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ein beruhigender Abendtee wirkt bei mir immer Wunder.\u00a0Auch im Sommer trinke ich fast t\u00e4glich in der Fr\u00fch einen hei\u00dfen Gr\u00fcntee und abends einen Kr\u00e4utertee. Fr\u00fcher trank ich oft eine hei\u00dfe <em>Milch mit Honig<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Teebaum\u00f6l<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Eine Leserin hatte mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Ich erinnerte mich an meine Kindheit, dass meine Mami uns auch immer ein mit <em>Teebaum\u00f6l<\/em> betr\u00e4ufeltes Handtusch \u00fcbers Bett oder Heizung h\u00e4ngte. Teebaum\u00f6l hat bei mir auch sehr gut zum Einschlafen geholfen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_images\">\n<img class=\"post_image_landscape\" style=\"height: auto; width: 1080px;\" src=\"http:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/bluebellgrey-bedding-sleeping-recommendations-sleeping-tipps-schlaftipps-6-1.jpg\" alt=\"sleeping tips _ bluebellgray bedding sleeping recommendations sleeping tipps schlaftipps \" \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_text\">\n<div class=\"post_text_content\">\n<div class=\"post_text_en_content\">\n<h5><strong>warm Duschen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Eigentlich bin ich eine Morgenduscherin, aber warme Duschen oder ein Bad schl\u00e4fern und beruhigen abends. Ein Bad mit <em>Melisse, Hopfen, Lavendel oder Heublumen<\/em> wirkt besonders entspannend.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Meditationsapp von Rituals &amp; H\u00f6rspiele<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Wenn gar nichts mehr ging, habe ich hin und wieder die <em>Meditations-App von Rituals<\/em> verwendet. Au\u00dferdem helfen mir H\u00f6rspiele immer sehr gut.
