Shang Palace.<\/strong> Unser Aufenthalt im Shangri-La Dubai Hotel<\/a> beinhaltete auch ein Dinner in ihrem chinesischen Restaurant Shang Palace<\/strong>. Seit ich im September 2013 nach China gereist bin, bin ich ein gro\u00dfer Fan der K\u00fcche Chinas. Chinesisches Essen ist etwas, was man \u00fcberall auf der Welt bekommen kann, aber richtig gute und authentische chinesische K\u00fcche ist nicht leicht zu finden. Deshalb bin ich immer besonders froh, wenn sich die M\u00f6glichkeit ergibt, in einem richtig guten chinesischen Restaurant zu Essen.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Shang Palace<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Das Shang Palace<\/strong> ist eines der charakteristischen Restaurants des Shangri-La Hotels weltweit und bietet eine k\u00f6stliche Auswahl an authentischen, kantonesischen Gerichten. Es wurde vom What\u2019s On Awards<\/em> als Best Chinese Restaurant<\/strong> 2013-2014 ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant ist traditionell geschm\u00fcckt und \u00e4hnelt vielen Restaurants, die ich in China gesehen habe \u2013 die Deko, die Atmosph\u00e4re, die runden Tische. Die Chinesen lieben runde Tische, da sie alle Speisen in die Mitte stellen und miteinander teilen.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Shang Palace<\/em> Die Gerichte<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/center><\/p>\n

Typische kantonesische und provinzielle K\u00f6stlichkeiten sind zum Beispiel Yum Cha, oder die ber\u00fchmte Pekingente\u00a0<\/em>(obwohl viele sagen, dass man au\u00dferhalb Chinas keine richtige Beijing Ente bekommen kann). Die\u00a0pikanten\u00a0Gurken<\/em> (26 AED \u2013 7,3\u20ac) sind eine meiner chinesischen Lieblingsvorspeisen, deshalb mussten wir diese bestellen. Zudem haben wir knusprige Garnelen mit Mango-Mayonnaise<\/em> (68 AED \u2013 17,8\u20ac) bestellt. Schon die Vorspeisen waren super lecker. Als Hauptspeise haben wir zwei Fleischgerichte mit gebratenem und ged\u00e4mpftem Reis gew\u00e4hlt. Die Hauptgerichte waren Streifen vom Black Angus Rinderr\u00fccken<\/em> mit Ingwer und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln im Wok gebraten (95 AED \u2013 25\u20ac) und die gebratene H\u00e4hnchenbrust<\/em> mit getrocknetem Chili und Sichuan Pfeffer (88 AED \u2013 23\u20ac). Beide Gerichte waren geschmacklich sehr gut und ausgefeilt!<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Als s\u00fc\u00dfes Finale haben wir die Klassiker probiert: Ein Valhrona Schokolade und Long Jing Fondant<\/em> mit gr\u00fcnem Tee (55 AED \u2013 14,4\u20ac) und eine zerlegte Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e von der Tonkabohne<\/em> mit Mango und Karamell (55 AED \u2013 14,4\u20ac). Wow! Die Kreationen waren phantastisch und sehr interessant. Wir h\u00e4tten uns keinen besseren Abschluss w\u00fcnschen k\u00f6nnen!<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
