Koreanisch essen in Berlin. <\/strong>Und hier kommt auch schon die n\u00e4chste Empfehlung f\u00fcr Berlin. Ich hatte mir einfach viel zu viele gro\u00dfartige Restaurants abgespeichert (hier seht ihr die lange Liste<\/a> \u2013\u00a0ja, ich bin schon seit drei Jahren Teil der Yelp Elite<\/em>). Koreanisches Essen stand schon lange nicht mehr vor mir, daher w\u00e4hlte ich das nette Mercosy<\/a>. Gefunden hatte ich es vor einer Weile auf Instagram. Denise<\/a> and Denise<\/a> begleiteten mich und wir verbrachten einen gem\u00fctlichen M\u00e4delsabend.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mercosy<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mercosy <\/strong>ist ein kleines Restaurant mit nur vier Tischen im Inneren nahe des Kottbusser Tors<\/em>. Hier werden haupts\u00e4chlich Bibimbaps<\/em> und verschiedene koreanische Vorspeisen<\/em> serviert. Noch nie was von Bibimbap geh\u00f6rt? Die Reisschale wird mit Gem\u00fcse, einem Ei, scharfer Pfeffersauce und eventuell Fleisch serviert. Bibim<\/em> hei\u00dft auf Koreanisch vermischen, sprich man sollte es schnell gut untermischen, solange das Gericht noch hei\u00df ist. Dadurch entfaltet sich der Geschmack intensiver.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mercosy<\/em> Food & Drinks<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Falls ihr aber authentisches koreanisches Essen erwartet, seid ihr im Mercosy<\/strong> nicht ganz richtig. Die Gerichte sind koreanisch angehaucht, w\u00fcrde ich behaupten. Es stehen kreativere und ausgefallenere Varianten von Bibimbap auf dem Menu. Ich w\u00e4hlte beispielsweise das Bibimbap Winter Style<\/em> mit Ente, Cranberries und Gem\u00fcse (8,50\u20ac), w\u00e4hrend die M\u00e4dels das Pulled Chicken<\/em> (7,50\u20ac) w\u00e4hlten. Traditionell koreanisch wird Bibimbap in einer hei\u00dfen Steinschale serviert, das hier Aufpreis kostet (+1,50\u20ac). Normalerweise mag ich das sehr gerne, aber ich hatte das Gef\u00fchl, dass meine Ente dadurch sehr trocken wurde. Demnach empfehle ich euch eine normale Sch\u00fcssel zu bestellen. Mittags gibt es auch ein Mittagsmenu mit einem Bibimbap + Koreanischer Miso Suppe + einer Limonade oder Tee. Alles in allem mochte ich die Atmosph\u00e4re im Mercosy sehr gerne. Entspannt und gem\u00fctlich.<\/p>\n
