Wenn eines hier auf dem Blog nicht zu kurz kommt, dann sind es eindeutig meine Essenstipps! Die Riesenauswahl an Kulinarik war nat\u00fcrlich ein gro\u00dfer Beweggrund f\u00fcr meinen Umzug nach Berlin. Obwohl ich nun erst ein bisschen \u00fcber einen Monat hier bin, habe ich schon einiges getestet. Vor ein paar Wochen war ich zusammen mit Philips im Kopps<\/strong> essen \u2013 ein veganes Restaurants in Berlin Mitte<\/strong>! Ehrlich gesagt, wusste ich gar nicht, dass es vegan sein w\u00fcrde. Im Kopps wird veganes Essen auf ein ganz anderes Niveau gebracht und ich freute mich \u00fcber die verschiedenen Geschmackserlebnisse.<\/p>\n\"foodblog\n

Das Ambiente ist im Kopps modern und entspannt. Besonders gut gefielen mir die schweren Tische in der Mitte des Restaurants. Wir hatten uns sehr fr\u00fch verabredet, doch nach und nach trudelten die ersten G\u00e4ste ein und es f\u00fcllte sich sehr schnell. Das Kopps ist eindeutig sehr beliebt und auch als wir gingen, warteten immer noch neue G\u00e4ste auf einen Tisch. Die Kreationen im Kopps fand ich sehr speziell und ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten ein vorbestelltes Menu, daher kann ich euch leider kein Feedback oder Tipp von der Karte direkt geben. Mir pers\u00f6nlich hat jedes Gericht sehr gut geschmeckt und fand die Teller kreativ und stimming. Ich lasse einfach Mal die Bilder sprechen!<\/p>\n\"foodblog\n

Nein, das sind keine Maden auf dem Teller \u2013 w\u00e4re ja auch nicht vegan, oder? In der Tat ist das Knollenziest, auch japanische Artischoke genannt. Schmeckt knackig und frisch. H\u00e4tte jetzt auch sehr gut zu Halloween gepasst.<\/p>\n\"foodblog\n
