Schlussendlich haben wir es in zwei dieser Restaurants geschafft, daf\u00fcr hat mir mein Freund ein paar neue gezeigt. Meine Lieblingscr\u00eaperie befindet sich in Montparnasse \u2013 die Cr\u00eaperie de Josselin. Das n\u00e4chste Mal werde ich mal neue Cr\u00eaperien ausfindig machen. Josselin gibt es schon sehr lange und es ist ein sehr beliebter Ort f\u00fcr Pariser, aber hat sich mittlerweile auch schon unter den Touristen rumgesprochen. Dementsprechend lang ist die Warteschlange, mittags und auch abends. Aber das ist in Paris normal. Wer den Unterschied auch noch nicht kennt \u2013 die Salzigen werden als galettes bezeichnet und die S\u00fc\u00dfen als cr\u00eapes. Mein absoluter Favorit ist \u201cLa Biche\u201c mit Ziegenk\u00e4se und Honig. Die M\u00e4nner bevorzugen aber meistens F\u00fcllungen mit Schinken, K\u00e4se und Champignons \u2013 auch sehr lecker! Ein Dessert mit den \u201erichtigen\u201c Cr\u00eapes darf nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht fehlen und f\u00fcr uns gab es dieses Mal eins mit Schokolade und N\u00fcsse, dazu Eis und Schlagsahne. Einer der vielen Gr\u00fcnde, warum ich Paris liebe!
