Vor Weihnachten besuchte ich zusammen mit einer Freundin das <strong>BLEND Kitchen &amp; Bar<\/strong>\u00a0im <em>Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof<\/em> auf der Budapesterstra\u00dfe nahe des Ku&#8217;Damms. Auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten wurde ich auf das Restaurant aufmerksam. Nach einer l\u00e4ngeren Design- und Umbau-Phase er\u00f6ffnete das Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof sein Restaurant und angrenzende Bar neu. Designed wurde es von zwei russischen Interieur-Designerinnen. Wer w\u00fcrde einfach so in ein Hotel-Restaurant essen gehen? Ich schon! Im Laufe meiner Blogger-Karriere hatte ich die M\u00f6glichkeit hatte gro\u00dfartige Hotel-Restaurant-Konzepte kennenzulernen (beispielsweise ist es in <a href=\"http:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/2017\/01\/shang-palace\/\">Dubai Standard in ein Hotel essen zu gehen<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Das <strong>BLEND Kitchen &amp; Bar<\/strong>\u00a0befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des <em>Pullman Hotels<\/em> und l\u00e4dt mit seinem eigenen Eingang die Passanten von der Stra\u00dfe ein.\u00a0F\u00fcr einen Montag war es sehr ruhig im Restaurant. Das <strong>BLEND Kitchen &amp; Bar<\/strong> serviert internationale K\u00fcche. Die Speisen sind asiatisch angehaucht \u2013<em> Fusion Kitchen en point!<\/em> Wir wurden vom Chefkoch\u00a0<em>Steffen Sinzinger<\/em> h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich verk\u00f6stigt und verw\u00f6hnt. 4 Vorspeisen, 3 Hauptspeisen und 3 Desserts war schon sehr sportlich zu zweit. Jeder Bissen war super lecker. Die Kombinationen sind kreativ und abwechslungsreich im Gaumen!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mein Highlight waren die\u00a0<em>Winterrollen mit Entenpastrami, K\u00fcrbis und Cranberry<\/em> (9\u20ac), der\u00a0<em>Pulposalat mit Aubergine, gebackenem Kalbsbries und Asiaglace<\/em>\u00a0(12\u20ac), <em>Gebratenes Rinderfilet mit gegrillter Aubergine und Miso<\/em> (23\u20ac) und als s\u00fc\u00dfer Abschluss das <em>Earl-Grey-Parfait mit Blutorangens\u00fcppchen und Frischk\u00e4se<\/em> (7,5\u20ac).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37761\" src=\"http:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/blend-restaurant-kitchen-berlin-_-gourmet-restaurant-berlin-_-berlin-foodguide-7.jpg\" alt=\"blend berlin kitchen &amp;
