Mit dem Wintereinbruch in den letzten Tagen kommt auch wieder die Lust auf leckere Suppen. Und bei asiatischen Nudelsuppen kann ich nie nein sagen.\u00a0Ramen hatte ich schon l\u00e4nger nicht mehr gegessen und mein Fernweh nach Japan ist gro\u00df. Und wenn wir uns schon Mal nach Friedrichshain bewegen, dann muss es auch einen guten Grund geben. Ramen X Ramen<\/strong> it was!<\/p>\n\"ramen\n

Beim Betreten befinden sich links und rechts kleinere Tische im Ramen X Ramen<\/strong>. Ich sitze immer gerne am Fenster und beobachte die vorbeigehenden Leute. Das Lokal zieht sich noch etwas nach hinten. In Japan ist es normal, dass die Leute alleine an der Bar in einem Restaurant essen. Dieser Flair wird mit einer langen Theke am Ende des Restaurants aufgenommen.<\/p>\n

Erstmal einen leckeren Sencha-Tee. Als Vorspeise konnte ich mir die leckeren Osatsukorokke S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelkroketten (3,50\u20ac) nicht entgehen lassen. Normalerweise ist Gomaae, Spinat mit Sesam<\/em> (3,00\u20ac) oder Gyozas<\/em> (4,00\u20ac), die leider ausverkauft waren, immer super lecker. Amandine w\u00e4hlte Shoyu Ramen<\/em> (8,50\u20ac) aus Soja-Basis mit Schweine-Chasu, Lauch, Ei und Nori, w\u00e4hrend ich ein Teriyaki Ramen<\/em> (9,00\u20ac) auf Miso-Basis mit H\u00e4hnchen, Lauch und Ei w\u00e4hlte. Ehrlich gesagt verbinde ich Ramen sonst eher mit Instant-Nudeln. Im Ramen X Ramen<\/strong> schmeckten sie super frisch und lecker.<\/p>\n

Wir verweilten einige Stunden im Ramen X Ramen. Trotz der minimalistischen und einfachen Einrichtung finde ich es sehr stylish und gem\u00fctlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.<\/p>\n\"ramen\n
