Ganz untypisch findet man im Erdgeschoss nur die Aufz\u00fcge, die in die h\u00f6heren Etagen fahren. Das Hotel beginnt erst in der 28. Etage, wo sich die wundersch\u00f6ne Lobby Lounge befindet. Wir betreten das Restaurant und blicken vom Eingang bereits auf die <strong>leuchtende Skyline von Tokio<\/strong>. Das Restaurant ist modern-japanisch eingerichtet. Besonders auffallend sind die leichten Papierkunstwerke, dessen Elemente sich durch das gesamte Restaurant ziehen. Links vom Eingang befindet sich eine\u00a0<strong>offene Sushi-Bar<\/strong>. W\u00e4hrend Julia einen Sparkling Sake versucht, sippe ich an einem klassischen Sake.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/thegoldenbun.com\/2017\/03\/the-okinawa-food-guide-all-you-need-to-know-about-okinawan-specialities\/\">Hier berichtete ich euch bereits<\/a>, dass Sake in Japan \u00fcblicherweise <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nicht hei\u00df<\/span> getrunken wird, wie in Europa. Der Reiswein wird mit stillem oder sprudelndem Wasser verd\u00fcnnt. war au\u00dferdem der meterlange Kronleuchter im Treppenhaus des Shangri-La Tokyos, sowie der L\u00fcster in der Lobby Bar, den ihr auf dem nachfolgenden Bild seht. Dieser besteht aus einer Vielzahl an kleinen\u00a0<em>Ginkgo Biloba Bl\u00e4ttern<\/em> (jap. \u30a4\u30c1\u30e7\u30a6 \/ ich\u00f4) \u2013 das Wahrzeichen von Tokio.
