Der ehemalige Weinstadl wurde in das metropolisches Restaurant Philiaz verwandelt, das im August 2018 seine Pforten \u00f6ffnete. Neue Konzepte aus aller Welt schaffen es nach und nach auch nach S\u00fcdtirol. Wie beispielsweise eine Art &#8222;Pop-Up-Cooking&#8220;. Genau dies macht das Philiaz. Alle drei Monate wird ein neuer Gastkoch eingeladen. Den Auftakt machte der\u00a0<em>Willibald Reinbacher<\/em> from <a href=\"https:\/\/wapalapam.com\/\">WAPALAPAM<\/a> auf Mauritius. In die Gen\u00fcsse seiner Gerichte bin ich noch gekommen. Auf dem Menu findet ihr eine Auswahl an kleinen Vorspeisen, die sich zum Teil eignen. Daher empfehle ich euch mit mehreren Leuten hinzugehen, sodass man mehrere Gerichte probieren kann. Mittlerweile war ich schon zwei Mal im Philiaz essen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ich empfehle euch das <em>Tataki<\/em>, <em>Crunchy Tuna<\/em>, <em>Lamb Curry<\/em> and die\u00a0<em>Tigergarnelen<\/em>\u00a0als Vorspeise. Als Hauptgang ist die\u00a0<em>Tagliata<\/em> und das\u00a0<em>Porco Preto<\/em> Gericht ausgezeichnet. Die Abwechslung in den Gerichten fand ich sehr spannend. W\u00e4hrend die Weinauswahl sehr gut war, haben mich die Aperitifs \u00fcberhaupt nicht vom Hocker geworfen. F\u00fcr manch einen war die Musik w\u00e4hrend des Essens etwas zu laut, sodass man sich am Tisch nicht so gut unterhalten konnte. Dies st\u00f6rte mich nicht.
