EN \u2013 Hairtalk<\/b>. Finally, I managed to take on again my feature „my favorite…“ on, which I’d started before my departure to China. There was still one chapter left \u2013 haircare. I get a lot of compliments for my hair and I am so happy that it grew so long now. That is probably the reason why I keep avoiding the hairdresser.
\nI got my hair dyed one time about two year at the L’Oreal Hair Show<\/a><\/span> and used the L’Oreal Professional INOA shampoo<\/a>, lotion<\/a> <\/b>and mask<\/a><\/b> for a couple of years now. It makes your hair really soft. With the years my scalp got really dry, so I am using a special serum from La Biosthetique<\/a><\/b> now, which you can easily apply after washing your hair.
\nIn summertime I leave my hair in their natural curly condition, but whenever I am smoothening them I apply the ghd heat protector<\/a><\/b> or the Aveda damage remedy<\/a><\/b> daily hair repair car first. It is really important that you protect your hair from the heat.
\nOnce in a while, I cure my hair with a special luxury Action 2 Phases treatment by La Biosthetique<\/a><\/b>, whereafter my hair is even stronger and shinier. Even thought, it is a little bit expensive, I can highly recommend you this product.

DE \u2013 Haarpflege<\/b>. Endlich bin ich dazugekommen, meine Reihe „meine Lieblings-…“ fortzusetzen, die ich vor meiner Reise nach China gestartet hatte. Ein Kapitel fehlte noch \u2013 meine Haarpflege. Ich bekomme sehr viele Komplimente f\u00fcr meine Haare und bin zur Zeit auch sehr gl\u00fccklich, dass sie so lang gewachsen sind. Das ist mitunter wahrscheinlich auch der Grund, warum ich mich zur Zeit um jeden Friseur schleiche.
\nMeine Haare hatte ich vor zwei Jahren bei der L’Oreal Hair Show<\/a><\/span> in M\u00fcnchen mal gef\u00e4rbt und habe seitdem deren Produkte verwendet \u2013 das L’Oreal Professional INOA Shampoo<\/a>, <\/b>Balsam <\/a>und Pflegemaske<\/a>. Meistens habe ich aber anstelle des Balsams gleich die Maske verwendet. Mein Haar war wunderbar weich und gl\u00e4nzend. Seit einiger Zeit ist aber meine Kopfhaut sehr trocken, dass ich zus\u00e4tzlich noch ein spezielles Serum von La Biosthetique<\/a> <\/b>verwende. Es ist leicht anwendbar und hilft wirklich.
\nIm Sommer lasse ich meine Haare meistens lufttrocknen, im Winter hingegen gl\u00e4tte ich sie gerne mal. Dazu trage ich immer zuerst einen Schutz von ghd<\/a><\/b> oder die Damage Remedy Hair Repair von Aveda<\/a><\/b> auf. Mit beiden Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden.
\nZwischendrin brauchen meine Haare, dann wieder ein kleines Verw\u00f6hnprogramm und verwende eine Spezialkur Action 2 Phases von La Biosthetique<\/a><\/b>. Das Haar wird dadurch wieder gest\u00e4rkt und gl\u00e4nzt sch\u00f6n. Besonders merke ich die Qualit\u00e4t des Produktes dadurch, dass meine Locken sich viel sch\u00f6ner aufkringeln. Das Produkt ist zwar teuer, aber jedem zu empfehlen.
