Hier stellt sich Mal wieder die Frage \u2013 Mare \/ Monti?\u00a0<em>Berg oder Meer?\u00a0<\/em>Mittlerweile kann ich mir keine bessere bessere Kombination vorstellen, als zuerst eine Woche in den Bergen und im Anschluss noch am Meer zu entspannen. Von S\u00fcdtirol habt ihr hier sicherlich eine tolle Ausgangsposition. Nach Italien runter (ja \u2013 S\u00fcdtirol liegt in Italien, aber als S\u00fcdtiroler pflegt man doch immer zu sagen &#8222;nach Italien runter&#8220;) sind es ja blo\u00df ein paar Stunden bis ans Meer. Letzten Sommer hatte ich das Vergn\u00fcgen mit einem meiner besten Freunde Marc eine <strong>E-Bike Tour auf der Seiser Alm<\/strong> zu unternehmen. Marc als Local kennt sich nicht nur auf der Alm geographisch, aber auch geschichtlich super aus. Das zeigte er mir alle stolz.<\/p>\n<p>Im Winter verbringe ich auf der Alm immer seehr viel Zeit. Zugeschneit ist sie auch ein Traum. Nicht weniger beeindruckend ist das Bergpanorama im Sommer.\u00a0Der Ausblick auf den <em>Schlern<\/em> bleibt jedoch immer spektakul\u00e4r. Schon verr\u00fcckt, dass mit e-Bikes nun alles so einfach erreichbar ist. Wir hatten jedoch Gl\u00fcck und die Alm war nicht sehr \u00fcberf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-46533\" \/><\/div>\n<h2><strong>KN\u00d6DELTRIS<\/strong><em> als St\u00e4rkung<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Wir fuhren bis ganz nach &#8222;hinten&#8220; nach <em>Saltria<\/em> und kehrten dort beim <em>Tirler<\/em> ein. Ein Kn\u00f6deltris konnte ich mir nicht entgehen lassen. Eines meiner liebsten S\u00fcdtiroler Speisen, die ich in Berlin auch immer wieder koche. Ansonsten kann ich euch die s\u00fcdtiroler Schlutzkrapfen auch nur w\u00e4rmstens empfehlen. Die Teigtaschen mit Spinat-Topfenf\u00fcllung und zerlassener Butter drauf sind genau die richtige St\u00e4rkung f\u00fcr eine Fahrradtour.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/hotel-tirler.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tirler &#8211; Dolomites Living Hotel<\/a> ist auch ein wunderbares 4* Hotel mit gro\u00dfartiger Position inmitten des Naturschutzgebietes.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn wir schon von Hotels sprechen, ist auch das <a href=\"http:\/\/adler-resorts.com\/\">Adler Lodge Seiseralm<\/a> und das <a href=\"http:\/\/zallinger.com\">Zallinger Hotel<\/a> sehr zu
