EN \u2013 Trekking. <\/b>Since I am back home I became a little bit more active when it comes to sport. When I was younger I had no interest in going hiking with my parents \u2013 I hated it. South Tyrol has so a beautiful landscape to offer up there in the mountains. Unfortunately, the weather is not that good right now that I could explore more. This sunday we did a little hike-tour on the Adolph-Munkel-Weg which leads up to the Gschnagenhaedt Alm and Geisler Alm \u2013 it endures about 3h in total. Also, I started to record the tours with my Runtastic app and was surprised how much calories you burn while walking. On the last track, we were caught by little summer rain. And it was so beautiful seeing how the sun shone in the rain through the trees.

DE \u2013 Wandern. <\/b>Seitdem ich jetzt l\u00e4nger zuhause bin, bin ich etwas sportlicher geworden. Als ich j\u00fcnger war, habe ich Wandern wie die Pest gehasst. Aber S\u00fcdtirol hat so eine wundersch\u00f6ne Landschaft hoch in den Bergen, dass ich wieder auf den Geschmack gekommen bin. Leider ist das Wetter nicht mehr allzu sch\u00f6n, dass ich noch mehr Orte erkundigen kann. Am Sonntag haben wir den Adolph-Munkel-Weg im Naturpark Puez-Geisler im Villn\u00f6sstal gemacht, der einen zu einem tollen Panorama bei der Gschnagenhaedt Alm und Geisler Alm brint. Alles in allem dauert die Wanderung 3 Stunden. Ich habe auch angefangen, die Touren mit meiner Runstastic App aufzunehmen und war erstaunt, dass man doch ganz sch\u00f6n einige Kalorien dabei verbrennt. Schlussendlich wurden wir noch von einem kleinen Sommer-Regenschauer erwischt. Zum Gl\u00fcck mussten wir aber nicht mehr lange gehen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
