EN \u2013 Courgettes. <\/b>Last week<\/a><\/u> I showed you some impressions of my granny’s garden and today I am showing you a little veggie flower inspiration. In fact, Courgette flowers are the perfect summer dish. While my mum uses to fill them with ricotta and herbs I prefer them so much more when they’re fried.
Tonight I am off to Munich again to hopefully get my visa. I am already excited about my upcoming trip. This week was quite relaxed. On Tuesday I had my first TV interview<\/a>, which will be up in september or october. And on Thursday I was up in the mountains whereof I’ve already shown you the pictures here<\/a><\/u>. Yesterday we hung out at the lake again, where we were amused by some funny guys on a boat \u2013 hier<\/a><\/u>.

DE \u2013 Zucchini. <\/b>Letzte Woche<\/a><\/u> habe ich euch ein paar Eindr\u00fccke aus dem Garten von meiner Oma gezeigt und heute gibt es eine kleine ‚Gem\u00fcse-Bl\u00fcten‘-Inspiration. Zucchinibl\u00fcten sind ein super leckeres Sommergericht und passen auch sehr gut als Beilage beim Grillen. Meine Mum hat sie in letzter Zeit immer mit Ricotta und Kr\u00e4utern gef\u00fcllt, ich bevorzuge sie aber frittiert.
Heute abend geht es dann schon wieder nach M\u00fcnchen um mein Visum abzuholen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon so auf meine n\u00e4chste Reise. Die vergangene Woche war eigentlich sehr entspannt. Dienstag hatte ich mein erstes Fernseh-Interview<\/a>, das im September oder Oktober ausgestrahlt wird. Donnerstag bin ich wandern gewesen, wovon ich euch die Bilder ja schon hier<\/a><\/u> gezeigt habe. Gestern waren wir nachmittags wieder mal am Kalterersee, wo uns ein paar lustige Herren ein paar Liedchen vorgesungen haben \u2013 hier<\/a><\/u>.
