EN \u2013 Foodhopping. <\/b>I am really sad, that this is my last post about my trip \u2013 three amazing weeks spent in Canada and the USA. What better way to conclude with my favorite posts \u2013 the foodguide for Montr\u00e9al. This time I could not rely on Instagram locals and needed to find the places on my own.
\nI had a lovely brunch at Cacao70<\/a><\/b> and the plates were so huge. I came in for a quick and light breakfast and got that huge platter with a sandwich and potato wedges. The atmosphere was really nice and there was any kind of people be it young or old \u2013 very interesting.
\nMy next recommendation is Burger Royal<\/a><\/b>\u00a0on the Rue Saint-Laurent. They’ve opened 4 months ago and the burger were to die for. Do it like a boss and try the BIG BOSS.
\nFor a cozy coffee and tea you can head to Chez Boris<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>and you need to try one of those mini beignets. The caf\u00e9 reminded me a lot of the ones in Berlin and Denmark. They are simply stylish in their way.
\nAs I’ve told you before, Chinatown became a must-try in every city, so I headed there for a delicious Pho at Pho Cali<\/a><\/b>.
\nFor my last meal I needed to go to Patati Patata<\/a><\/b>, whereof I was only told the best. Don’t expect huge burgers for 2$. Indeed, a hamburger costs 2$ (adding cheese and bacon for a supplement of 0.5$). They are quite the half of a normal burger, but the perfect portion followed by fries.
\nMoreover, there are some really cute boulangeries\/bakeries in town. At least a bit of the French cultures was brought overseas. Try Au Kouign-Amann<\/a><\/b> and Mamie Clafouties<\/a>. These bakeries are really small and they are baking the bread freshly all day long.
\nLast but not least,\u00a0for a weekend market stroll they are various markets in the city and I went up to the March\u00e9 Jean Talon<\/a><\/b>.\u00a0 DE \u2013 Foodhopping. <\/b>Jetzt realisiere ich erst, dass dies mein letzter Reisepost ist. Und deshalb schlie\u00dfe ich sie mit meinen Lieblingsposts ab \u2013 dem Foodguide in Montr\u00e9al. Dieses Mal habe ich mich ein bisschen schwerer getan, gute Tipps zu finden, hab aber trotzdem ein paar sch\u00f6ne Orte gefunden.
\nZu allererst habe ich mir einen leckeren Brunch bei Cacao70<\/a><\/b> geg\u00f6nnt und war v\u00f6llig \u00fcberw\u00e4ltig von den Portionen. Danach bin ich nur noch aus dem Caf\u00e9 rausgerollt. Die Atmosph\u00e4re im Caf\u00e9 war richtig gem\u00fctlich.
\nMein n\u00e4chster Tipp ist das Burger Royal<\/a><\/b> auf der Rue Saint-Laurent, das erst vor vier Monaten er\u00f6ffnet hat. Die Burger sind richtig lecker und ihr m\u00fcsst den BIG BOSS probieren. F\u00fcr eine kurze Verschnaufpause auf eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee k\u00f6nnt ihr im Chez Boris<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>einkehren.
\nF\u00fcr den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch m\u00fcsst ihr unbedingt einen von den leckeren Mini-Krapfen probieren \u2013 sehr lecker. Das Caf\u00e9 erinnert mich vom Stil her ein bisschen an die in Berlin und D\u00e4nermark; stylish auf ihre Art und Weise.
\nWie ich euch schon gesagt habe, ist es f\u00fcr mich ein Muss geworden, einmal in Chinatown zu essen. So hat es mich auf eine Sch\u00fcssel Pho ins Pho Cali<\/a><\/b> verschlagen. Das Lokal war\u00a0<\/i>rappelvoll, also nehme ich an, dass es beliebt ist.
\nAu\u00dferdem musste ich unbedingt noch ins Patati Patata<\/a><\/b>, wovon ich nur das Beste geh\u00f6rt hatte. Die Burger kosten dort 2$. Aber f\u00fcr das Geld d\u00fcrft ihr euch keine Riesenburger erwarten, denn es sind Gourmetportionen. F\u00fcr einen Aufschlag von 0.5$ k\u00f6nnt ihr noch K\u00e4se oder Bacon hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zusammen mit einer Portion <\/i>Pommes aber v\u00f6llig ausreichend.
\nEin bisschen ist der franz\u00f6sische Charakter auch mit \u00fcberbracht worden und so findet man ein paar s\u00fc\u00dfe B\u00e4ckereien. Ihr k\u00f6nnt\u00a0Au Kouign-Amann<\/a><\/b>\u00a0und\u00a0Mamie Clafouties<\/a>\u00a0ausprobieren \u2013 beide sehr lecker. Das Brot wird den ganzen Tag \u00fcber auch frisch zubereitet.
\nZu guter Letzt, bin ich noch ein bisschen \u00fcber den March\u00e9 Jean Talon<\/a><\/b> geschlendert, wo man auch sehr gut essen kann.<\/i>\n
