Nachdem ich schon so viel Gutes \u00fcber das Les Fables de La Fontaine geh\u00f6rt hatte, habe ich es endlich auch selbst ausprobiert \u2013 und ich wurde nicht entt\u00e4uscht. Die K\u00fcchenchefs David Bottreau und S\u00e9bastien Grav\u00e9 zaubern auf Fisch-Basis unglaubliche Kreationen. Beide haben ihre Kochkarriere bei <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/13hMrjX\" target=\"_blank\">Christian Constant <\/a>begonnen, dessen Restaurants auch zu meinen Favoriten geh\u00f6ren. Das Mittags-Menu gibt es f\u00fcr schlappe 34\u20ac. (Ich muss immer wieder betonen, dass man Mittags sehr g\u00fcnstig in den besten Restaurants essen gehen kann. Abends steigen die Preise nat\u00fcrlich.) Das Restaurant ist klein, aber fein. Mich wundert es immer wieder, wie gut die Franzosen auf kleinem Raum arbeiten k\u00f6nnen.
