EN – TheMacaronSmackdown. <\/b>Yesterday the lovely Milla from Little Pieces of Light<\/a> hosted us at her place to have the annual Macaron Smackdown in order to pick the best macaron place in Paris for 2013. You can read through the detailed explanation and results here<\/a><\/u> on Milla’s Blog<\/a>. In a nutshell, we were teamed up in two to buy 30 Macarons per team for the competition. The competitors were Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b>, Carette<\/b>, Hugor&Victor<\/b>, Sadaharuh Aoki<\/b> and Jean-Paul Levin<\/b>. In the end we came up with 150 Macarons – not to mention how many bottles of Champagne :) And you need a lot of Champagne against all the sugar that settles down slowly in your stomach. For me it was a new experience as I’ve only tried the ones at Ladur\u00e9e out. Also, I am probably one of the few people that aren’t a big fan of Macarons – despite the pistachio ones. But I wanted to try them all out to make my very last opinion. Last year Carette<\/b> won and the winner this year is Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b>, but the Sadaharu Aoki macarons were surprisingly good. If anybody wonder why Ladur\u00e9e<\/b> is not in – it came second last last year (edit: it came last and was horrible compared to the others)

DE – TheMacaronSmackdown. <\/b>Gestern hat uns die liebe Milla von Little Pieces of Light<\/a> zu dem j\u00e4hrlichen Macaron Smackdown eingeladen, um die beste Macaron-Konditorei  in 2013 in Paris zu k\u00fcren. Ihr k\u00f6nnt den genauen Wettbewerbablauf und Resultate hier<\/a><\/u> auf Millas Blog durchlesen. Kurz um, wir wurden vorher in Zweier-Teams eingeteilt und haben vorab 30 verschiedene Macarons pro Team gekauft. Die Konditoreien waren Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b>, <\/span>Carette<\/b>, <\/span>Hugor&Victor<\/b>, <\/span>Sadaharuh Aoki<\/b> and <\/span>Jean-Paul Levin. <\/b>Insgesamt hatten wir 150 Macarons – ganz zu schweigen von all den vielen Champagner-Flaschen als Gegenmittel zu den s\u00fc\u00dfen Macarons. F\u00fcr mich war es eine neue Erfahrung, da ich normalerweise nicht so eine S\u00fc\u00dfe bin und bisher nur die von Ladur\u00e9e ausprobiert hatte. Pistazie ist mein Lieblingsgeschmack. Dennoch konnte ich mir diese Gelegenheit nicht entgehen lassen und mir meine letzte Meinung \u00fcber Macarons zu bilden. Letztes Jahr hat Carette<\/b> gewonnen und dieses Mal hat Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b> das Rennen gemacht. Die Macarons von Sadaharu Aioki <\/b>waren aber auch \u00fcberraschend gut. Falls sich jemand wundert, dass Ladur\u00e9e nicht dabei ist – die Kette wurde letztes Jahr auf den vorletzten Platz gew\u00e4hlt (edit: sie ist an letzter Stelle gelandet)<\/span><\/i>

IT – TheMacaronSmackdown. <\/b>Ieri Milla di Little Pieces of Light<\/a> ci ha invitati a casa sua per l’annuale Macaron Smackdown per gustare i migliori macaron di Parigi. Qua<\/a><\/u> potete leggere tutti i dettagli e risultati del concorso. Prima ci siamo messi in gruppi di due e ogni gruppo ha comprato 30 macarons. Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b>, Carette<\/b>, Hugor&Victor<\/b>, Sadaharuh Aoki<\/b> and Jean-Paul Levin<\/b>. In fine erano 150 macarons – non contando tutte le bottiglie di Champagner che ci serviva per sopportare il dolce. Per me era una nuova esperienza siccome non sono un fan di dolci. Gli unici che avevo assaggiato erano quelli di Ladur\u00e9e. Il mio gusto preferito \u00e9 pistacchio. L’anno scorso aveva vinto Carette<\/b> e quest’anno Pierre Herm\u00e9<\/b> ha fatto la gara. Ma per sorpresa anche che quelli di Sadaharu Aioki<\/b> erano molto buoni. Se qualcuno di voi si chiede perch\u00e9 Ladur\u00e9e non era in gara quest’anno – \u00e9 arrivato penultimo l’anno scorso (edit: \u00e9 arrivata l’ultima)
