Zusammen mit vier drei geh\u00f6rt es zu Christian Constants Restaurants. Hier wird alles in einer Cocotte serviert. Preislich variiert es von 8 &#8211; 29\u20ac und es gibt immer ein Hauptspeise des Tages \u00a0(9\u20ac) und Cocotte des Tages (16\u20ac). Wir haben die Vorspeise und Cocottes des Tages ausprobiert, zusammen mit einem Pav\u00e9 du Cabillaud lacqu\u00e9 au miel und Noix de coquilles Saint-Jacques, der La Fabuleuse Tarte au Chocolat de Christian Constant und das Dessert des Tages. Das Essen war ein aromatisches Highlight mit ausgefallenen Gew\u00fcrzmischungen.
