Hier\u00a0ein einfaches, leichtes Sommergericht &#8211; mit Petersilie, Knoblauch und Parmesank\u00e4se gratinierte Jakobsmuscheln mit Zucchine und Kartoffeln. Kleiner Tipp am Rande &#8211; mit dem Hobelmesser kann man die Kartoffeln ganz leicht in feine Streifen schneiden und die Zubereitung wird verk\u00fcrzt&#8230;.
