Burghausen.<\/b> I told you I was in Burghausen with my colleagues last week. Of course, I couldn’t resist to show you some impressions. What special has Burghausen? First of all, it has Europe’s largest castle wall, there is a cute old center and you feel a little bit like walking through Hollywood studios as the buildings‘ fronts are higher than the roofs behind. In fact, it seem as there weren’t any houses behind, just the fronts. But I have to say that the best part was definitely the W\u00f6hrsee where we spent our afternoons. I haven’t seen such a wonderful lake for long. But now I think I will let the pictures talk. Wish you a wonderful weekend!<\/div>\n

Burghausen.<\/b> Ich hatte euch ja schon gesagt, dass ich mit der Uni in Burghausen war. Und ich konnte es wieder einmal nicht erwarten euch ein paar Impressionen davon zu zeigen. Was gibt es denn besonderes in Burghausen? Als erstes ist es daf\u00fcr bekannt, dass es die l\u00e4ngste Burgmauer Europas hat. Das alte Stadtzentrum ist sehr s\u00fc\u00df und man f\u00fchlt sich aber auch ein bisschen wie in den Hollywood Studios, weil die Fassaden der Geb\u00e4ude h\u00f6her gezogen wurden als die H\u00e4user dahinter. Wir haben dann rausgefunden, dass es sehr viele Br\u00e4nde in Burghausen gab und deshalb die H\u00e4user dahinter immer wieder abgerissen und neugebaut wurden. Das einzige was den Burghausenern relativ wichtig war, war es die Fassaden zu erhalten. Aber das Beste war definitiv der sch\u00f6ne W\u00f6hrsee. Ich habe schon lange keinen so sch\u00f6nen See mehr gesehen.
