I love to cook and even more with some friends. It&#8217;s so much fun. On Sunday we had this wonderful dinner &#8211; starting with Bruschette con pomodori and Puntarelle alla Romana, which is a Roman speciality prepared with anchovies and capers. My aunt lives in Rome so we ate it sometimes there. It is a little bit bitter, which I really like. Afterwards we prepared us a wonderful risotto with asparagus and chicken wings.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">So delicious!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><b>BuonAppetito.<\/b> Ihr habt eh schon bemerkt, dass ich es liebe Essen zu fotografieren &#8211; besonders, das was ich auch selber koche. Aber viel mehr noch gef\u00e4llt es mir mit Freunden zu kochen. Am Sonntag haben wirs uns mal wieder gut gehen lassen und ein bisschen aufgekocht. Zuerst gabs Bruschette mit Tomaten und Puntarelle alla Romana als Appetizer. Puntarelle alla Romana sind, wie der Namen schon verr\u00e4t, eine r\u00f6mische Spezialit\u00e4t, die man mit Kapern und Sardellen anrichtet. Sind zwar ein bisschen bitter, aber mir schmecken sie. Da meine Tante in Rom lebt, haben wir sie oft da gegessen.
