Fuyuan<\/b>. Sobald man einmal die wahre, authentische K\u00fcche in China probiert hat, ist man zur\u00fcck in Europa meistens entt\u00e4uscht. So ging es mir auch in M\u00fcnchen \u00f6fter. Ich kenne nur einen guten Freund, leidenschaftlicher Koch mit chinesischen Wurzeln, der authentisch kocht. Leider aber hat er hier (noch) kein Restaurant, das ich euch empfehlen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n

Wie es immer so ist, hat uns der Zufall ins Fuyuan<\/b> gebracht. Freitagabend \u2013 wir wollten eigentlich woanders hingehen, aber leider war die Reservierung schief gelaufen. Ohne Reservierung ist es am Wochenenden in den beliebten Orten sowieso fast unm\u00f6glich, aber man probierts dann doch immer. Leider war es wirklich \u00fcberall proppenvoll und sind schon auf die Gyoza Bar<\/a> zugesteuert. Fuyuan haben wir zuf\u00e4llig auf dem Weg entdeckt und sah sehr ansprechend aus.<\/p>\n

Nachdem wir uns quer durch die Karte bestellt hatten, kam das Essen auch sehr schnell. Meine Vorliebe f\u00fcr Dumplings kennt ihr wahrscheinlich schon und hier schmecken sie super lecker \u2013 das n\u00e4chste Mal bestelle ich nur die Teigtaschen! Mein Freund w\u00e4hlte die Pekingente, die als Spezialit\u00e4t des Hauses angepriesen wurde. Obwohl man au\u00dferhalb von Peking keine Originale bekommt, hat sie sehr lecker geschmeckt. Dazu gab es, wie ich es auch aus Peking kannte, d\u00fcnne Pancakes, Zwieben, Gurken und eine s\u00fc\u00dfe Bohnensauce zum selbst anrichten. Alles in allem kann ich euch Fuyuan nur w\u00e4rmstens empfehlen.<\/p>\n
