KimSang.

Dotted tights. You can’t believe how many pair of tights I own! A couple of years ago I always bought the whole Calzedonia in fall. „Fortunately“ they sell the ones I already have every single year, which means that I don’t enter there any longer. If I would keep all my broken tights I could fill the whole cellar. As a matter of fact, we used to save them for decorating Easter eggs. Moreover, by longest tights-experience it doesn’t matter if your tights are super expensive or super cheap – if they want to break, they’ll break! And it also happened to this gorgeous pair of dotted tights during the shoot. I wanted to pull them up and made one huge whole into them.

This time there is somebody else behind the camera and I shot some new looks with the talented and super sweet Alexandra. The result is indeed great and slightly different from the style you’re used to see up here. A little bit of change is always good! And here it is again – the bloggerhat, like my boyfriend uses to call it. It wasn’t planned for this look. It started raining as soon as I got out of the house so I quickly grabbed it before leaving the house. The whole outfit is just me – I could wear it every single day! You’ve already seen this blazer and top quite a lot of times up here. There are certain pieces that I mostly wear combined! I bet you have some too!

Wish you a wonderful day!

Neues Morgenritual – Kokosnuss Apfel Frühstücks-Quinoa

The Golden Bun | München Modeblog, German Fashion Blog, Fashionblogger, new trends
DE

Breakfast quinoa.

Guten Wochenstart!

Fringe jacket and biker jeans. Right in time with the weekend there comes a new look. I took out my beloved fringe jacket from Manila Grace out again worn with one of my favorite pullover from Gina Tricot. Also, this bikerjeans from Bluefire was somewhere in the depth of my wardrobe and I wear it way too rarely (probably because it got a little bit too big for me).

And where is the predicted sun? My boyfriend and I had a little Sunday trip planned but the weather put a spoke in our wheel. In the end I didn’t manage to get anything done from my to-do-list, which doesn’t bother me at all to stay back home today. There are those days (very few fortunately)! For example we made delicious dumplings yesterday evening and before I had to buy some hoisin sauce but couldn’t find it at two supermarkets. I had to run to the third one, which made me waste so much time. In the end I found it at an Asian supermarkt, which I’ve recently found and is already one of my favorite shops. I’m the queen of wasting time! However, the dumplings get better and better each day, which was definitely worth the run. As I said there’s lots to do today. I’m also writing my very last exam tomorrow, we’ll head back to work afterwards and I’m going to drive back home to Southtyrol for the whole week. In fact, it’s been definitely a long time that I spent more than three days back home. So excited! Since I’ll have lots to do the whole week I’m not sure how many posts will go online next week, i.e. my breakfast quinoa recipe!

Wish you a wonderful Sunday!

Restaurants in München | Drunken Cow Grill & Bar

Drunken Cow. It’s been a long time up here without any burger recommendation. As for me it’s still hard to find a good burger place here in Munich. What’s difficult about it? I have no clue! The smallest takeaway in America will give you a decent Burger. Maybe the typical Munich floured Bap bread is at fault. Unfortunately, there are too little places offering delicious brioche rolls.

A few weeks ago, I have posted my five restaurants for testing, in which the Drunken Cow Grill & Bar was included. I found it through Bianca and had to go there. Amelie and Chris joined for a lovely evening!

Drunken Cow

A Burger & Grill has now enriched the Maxvorstadt neighborhood, as the Drunken Cow opened its doors by mid-November, and now I finally managed to test it. What a pity that this eatery has only opened, after I had moved away from the Maxvorstadt neighborhood, but I can get there quickly on my bike. Its very simple interior is equipped with red leather sofas and black tables. Apparently, you can sit outside in the summer. The service personnel is extremely nice and when I made my reservation and asked or a well illuminated table, they were very helpful. They meant indeed that the restaurant in general was rather dimly lit, but fortunately it was brighter than expected, which was good for my pictures.

Drunken Cow the burger

But let’s move on to the most important part – the burger! Chris chose the Kahuna-Burger with teriyaki sauce grilled sauce, jalapeños, double cheddar cheese and bacon. Amelia went for the Italian Job Burger with mozzarella, basil pesto and jalapeños. Finally for me the Honey-Mustard burger with jalapeños, fried onions, cheddar cheese and the special honey-mustard-bbq-sauce. This is very convenient, for in many Munich Burger eateries trimmings are not included and pile up heavily in the end. So we picked up tabs of 15 to 17 Euros per person.

As always, there is no accounting for taste, but I would have preferred flavors that are more intensive. As from March, lunch specials will also be served, and I will certainly drop in as soon as the new term starts.
