Holybelly. Life in Paris is so good and with every visit my list of restaurants gets longer and longer. One of my favorite area is the one around Canal Saint Martin where you find so many cool places. This time I had a lovely brunch with the boy at Holybelly. The atmosphere is hip, cozy and has a touch of New York feeling. The food is modern french cuisine. I was craving some œuf pochés for such a long time, which came with various side dishes you could choose. Still, nothing beats Eggs & Co when it comes to poached eggs. We loved the fact that they put special emphasis on using fresh and high quality products. The next time I need to try the pancakes which looked too mouthwatering on our neighbor’s table.
