Rainbow experience in Århus

EN – Rainbow. Remember I told you that Århus doesn’t have that many attractions. Nonetheless it has a really nice museum of modern art – ARoS, which has this 360° rainbow installation on top of it. My cozy travelling outfit with a neon sweater and dotted dress matches perfectly with the green part.

Erinnert ihr euch noch daran, dass ich gesagt hatte, dass es nicht allzu viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Århus gibt? Dennoch gibt es ein tolles Museum für Moderne Kunst – ARoS mit der tollen 360° Regenbogeninstallation auf dem Dach. Nachdem mir Freunde schon Bilder gezeigt hatten, musste ich unbedingt hin. Mein Outfit: passend zum grünen Teil des Regenbogens auch ein gemütliches Reiseoutfit mit Neon-Pullover, gepunktetem Kleid und meine treuen Reisebegleiter – die Bikerboots.

IT – Arcobaleno. Dopo aver passato qualche giorno a Århus ho notato che non c’é molto da visitare. Ma una cosa di cui avevo già visto delle foto era questa installazione di arcobaleno in cima del museo di arte moderna ARoS con una vista a 360° sulla piccola città. Come vedete il mio look si abbina perfettamente con la parte verde. E qui vedete un altro outfit comodo per viaggiare – un vestito aderente con un maglione oversize e i miei stivali stile biker.

EN – Downpadded. I came back to Paris from my Interrail trip on Tuesday evening and it was such a great experience. I still have a few more pictures to share with you, which will be up in the next days. Now I am enjoying some time in Paris with a friend of mine. Finally, all my online orders arrived since I was having some serious problems with the French mail. In fact, I ordered this jacket twice before and I never got it. At least at the third time I got it. Again, I am bringing a little bit more color to grey Paris.

DE – Gesteppt. Dienstagabend bin ich nach meinem Interrailtrip wieder gut in Paris angekommen und werde jetzt ein paar Tage mit einer guten Freundin verbringen. Weiter Bilder meiner Reise folgen. Heute gibt es aber wieder einmal ein Outfitpost mit meiner neuen Daunenjacke von Romwe. Endlich sind all meine Bestellungen in Paris angekommen, nachdem ich große Probleme mit der Zustellung in den letzten Monaten hatte. Die Jacke hatte ich bereits zwei Mal bestellt und sie ist nie angekommen. Wenigstens hat es dann beim dritten Mal geklappt und kann jetzt noch ein bisschen Farbe in das allzu graue Paris bringen.

IT – Piumino. Martedì sera sono ritornata Parigi dal mio viaggio Interrail e prima di partire nuovamente passerò qualche giorno con un’amica. Altre foto del mio viaggio seguono. Oggi vi presento la mia nuova giacca a piuma di Romwe. Finalmente mi sono arrivati tutti i capi che avevo ordinato dopo aver avuto qualche problema con la spedizione in Francia gli ultimi mesi. Dovevo ordinare questa giacca più volte e finalmente al terzo tentativo mi é arrivata.

EN – Foodhopping. I think the title says it all. Apparently, there was not so much to visit in Århus. Still, it would be the perfect city for me (despite the unbearable cold!!) with all the stylish cafés, restaurants and cozy bars. But then I might turn into a food-blogger. When I’d asked some Danish people for a special Daensk dish – nobody really knew one besides that they were eating a lot of meat and potatoes. Especially, they denied that they were famous for their hot-dogs, which in our opinion they were. Therefore, I enjoyed a gourmet version at Drudenfuss. All these three places are definitely worth going to if you ever happen to come to Århus.

DE – Foodhopping. Der Titel sagt ja schon fast alles und nachdem es in Århus nicht allzu viel anzusehen gab, fand ich es sehr entspannend von einem Café ins nächste Restaurant und von dort aus in die nächste Bar zu gehen. Die Stadt wäre für Essensblogger perfekt und für mich besonders verlockend. Ich hatte ein paar Dänen nach einem typisch dänischen Gericht gefragt, aber anscheinend gibt es keines und mir wurde nur geantwortet, dass sie viele Gerichte mit Schweinefleisch und Kartoffeln essen. Dass sie bekannt für Hot Dogs seien, haben die meisten abgestritten. Ich dafür habe die Gourmetversion im Drudenfuss umso mehr genossen. All diese drei Orte sind definitiv ein Muss, wenn es euch irgendwann mal nach Århus verschlägt.

IT – Foodhopping. Il titolo dice quasi tutto e siccome non c’era molto da visitare a Århus abbiamo passato molto tempo nei bar e i ristoranti. Per un foodblogger sarebbe il posto perfetto e se io ci vissi anche il mio si transformerà in uno prima o poi. Ho chiesto ai danesi i loro piatti tipici ma la risposta non era quella che mi aspettavo. Non esiste un vero e proprio piatto ma mangiano molta carne di maiale e patate. Che sono famosi per i loro hot dogs hanno negato quasi tutti. Io per conto mio mi sono goduta una versione gourmet al Drudenfuss. The red ruffled coat

EN – Redruffled. To take a little break from all my traveling/food/lifestyle posts I shot some pictures at the beach in Århus. My outfit is really cozy and I finally have a red coat, which I found on Oasap. Normally, I prefer wearing my beloved down jackets while it is cold but surprisingly this coat is also really warm. We brought some balloons from the party the day before and had a little fun shoot there. At least we got hot while fooling around on the beach.

Nach all meinen Reiseposts gibts eine kleine Unterbrechung mit einem kurzen Outftipost vom Strand in Århus. Vor meiner Reise ist dieser schöne Mantel von Oasap noch bei mir eingetrudelt. Normalerweise friere ich in Mänteln immer ein bisschen, doch dieser hält erstaunlich warm. Die Luftballons haben wir nach einer Party in unseren Taschen gefunden, die auch gleich zum Einsatz kamen. Durch das Laufen und Rumalbern ist uns um einiges wärmer geworden.

IT – Redruffled. Per non farvi vedere solamente posts del mio viaggio Interrail ecco un outfit dalla spiaggia a Århus. Prima di partire mi è arrivato questo cappotto rosso e sono molto contenta di averne trovato uno molto carino su Oasap. E tiene molto caldo! Dopo una festa abbiamo trovato dei palloncini gonfiabili nelle nostre tasche, ci sono stati utili per lo shooting sulla spiaggia a Århus. E così ci siamo scaldate un po’ correndo e divertendoci in spiaggia.

EN – Købnhavn. I dare to say, the Danish have the best design in the world. Therefore, I went to Købnhavn with high expectations. As I am studying architecture I was so excited to see all the buildings in reality I had seen in the lectures only. Luckily, I found a selection of buildings on archdaily.com, which made my plannings quite easy. I started with The Crystal & The Cloud, Nykredit Glaskuben, The Black Diamond, Danmarks Nationalbank, Royal Theater Playhouse, Copenhagen Opera House, the Eight House and V&M buildings from BIG. After having walked for 7 hours through the city I needed to stop by the Kastrup Sea Bath too. In the end, I was so focused on architecture that I forgot about the main sights including the Little Mermaid. At least I have something to return for…

DE – Købnhavn. Die Dänen haben im Bereich Design und Architektur einiges vorzuweisen und daher bin ich mit großen Erwartungen nach Købnhavn gefahren. Wie ihr wisst, studiere ich Architektur und habe mich schon sehr gefreut, all die Gebäude, die immer in den Vorlesungen gezeigt wurden, auch mal in echt zu sehen. Zum Glück hatte ich auf archdaily.com eine kleine Auswahl der wichtigsten Gebäude gefunden. Meine Tour: angefangen habe ich mit dem Crystal & the Cloud Gebäude, gefolgt von dem Nykredit Glaskuben, dem Black Diamond, Dänemarks Nationalbank, Royal Theater Playhouse, Opera House und schlussendlich das Eight House und V&M Wohngebäude von Bjarke Ingels. Nachdem ich 7 Stunden zu Fuß durch die Stadt gelaufen war, konnte ich meine Tour aber noch nicht beenden und musste ich mir noch unbedingt das Kastrup Bootshaus ansehen. Im Nachhinein ist mir erst aufgefallen, dass ich die Hauptattraktion von Købnhavn, die kleine Meerjungfrau, völlig vergessen habe. Wenigstens hab ich dann das nächste Mal noch etwas anzusehen…

IT – Købnhavn. Sapendo che i Danesi sono esperti di design e architettura le mie aspettative per Copenhagen erano molto alte. Come sapete studio architettura e mi ha fatto molto piacere vedere da vicino tutti gli edifici che avevo conosciuto durante le lezioni. Per fortuna avevo trovato su archdaily.com una piccola scelta die edifici più importanti. Il mio tour: il Crystal & the Cloud, i cubi di vetro Nykredit, il Black Diamond, la Nationalbanca Danimarca, il Royal Theater Playhouse, l’Opera House e il Eight House e V&M Edificio di Bjarke Ingels. Dopo 7 ore a piedi ho dovuto visitare anche il Kastrup boat house. Ma una cosa ho dimenticato, l’attrazione più importante a Copenhagen, la piccola Serenetta. Peccato, ma la vedrò un’altra volta.
