Snowy Milan during Fashion Week

EN – Snowy. I arrived in Milan on Saturday and wasn’t prepared for any snow having enjoyed perfect weather back home. To be honest, it wasn’t too bad and I love the street style shots in the snow. They will be up in one of the next posts. Here is a quick outfit shoot outside the Dolce & Gabbana show wearing my golden boots from Asos – of course I was wearing a coat, but then you wouldn’t see the wonderful sleeves of the blazer. Do you like it?

DE – Verschneit. Als ich Samstag in Mailand angekommen war, war ich überhaupt nicht auf Schnee eingestellt. Ich finde die Streetstyles vor den Shows besonders schön – nur, wenn es nicht so kalt gewesen wäre… Die gibt es beim nächsten Mal! Hier sind ein paar Outfitbilder vor der Dolce & Gabbana Show – den Mantel habe ich natürlich ausgezogen, damit man diese schönen bestickten Ärmel des Blazers sieht, dazu kombiniert noch meine goldenen Stiefel von Asos. Gefällts euch?

IT – Neve. Neve a Milano – non succede spesso mi hanno detto. Da casa sono abituata alla neve, ma non me l’aspettavo a Milano. Secondo me le foto del streetstyle sono venuti molto bene con la neve, se non fosse stato tanto freddo.. Quindi oggi vi faccio vedere il mio look senza cappotto che si vedono bene le maniche a paillette e il tutto con i miei stivali d’orati. Vi piace?

EN – White & black. After travelling through Europe I am finally back in Paris and my new term is about to start soon. Luckily enough, I still got some days off to enjoy the city and upcoming Fashion Week again. You may have noticed that I am an ardent fan of down padded jackets and I love this one from Pinko combined with a shoulder ruffled dress from Lie Sang Bong, whose show I saw during the last fashion week in October. Normally it is the other way round and I am spicing up black outfits with white accessories, but I must confess that I love this version even better for winter times. Let’s hope that spring will show up soon!

Nach einem schönen Reisemonat bin ich gestern wieder in Paris gelandet und freue mich wieder auf die Stadt und besonders auf die Fashion Week. Zum Glück habe ich jetzt noch ein paar Tage frei, bevor das neue Semester beginnt. Ihr habt vielleicht schon bemerkt, dass ich ein großer Fan von Daunenjacken bin und ich mag diese hier von Pinko in Kombination mit dem schönen Lie Sang Bong Kleid besonders gern. Lie Sang Bongs Show hatte ich zum ersten Mal im Oktober auf der Fashion Week gesehen. Normalerweise trägt man im Winter eher mehr schwarz und fügt ein paar weiße Accessoires hinzu, aber ich finde diese Variante viel schöner. Trotzdem hoffe ich, dass es bald wieder Frühling wird.

IT – Bianco e nero. Dopo un bellissimo viaggio pieno di ricordi sono finalmente tornata a Parigi e spero di passare ancor qualche giorno di vacanza prima che parte il nuovo semestre. E non vedo l’ora che cominci la Fashion Week. Come sapete già io adoro i piumini e questo di Pinko specialmente. Abbinato con un vestito di Lie Sang Bon – una combinazione perfetta per l’inverno. D’inverno si indossa di più il nero aggiungendo dei accessori in bianco, ma questa versione mi sembra più bella. Nonostante non vedo l’ora che torna la primavera.

Foodhopping in Berlin. Berlin hat sich doch noch als die perfekte Stadt für mich herausgestellt, wo ich all meinen Lieblingsaktivitäten nachgehen kann – durch die Stadt bummeln, aber noch viel wichtiger Bar- und Restauranthopping. Im süßen Café Rosalyn auf der Kastanienallee habe ich mich mit Magdalena von Hoard of Trends getroffen. Anschließend sind Nicolas und ich noch auf ein spätes Mittagessen ins Chen Ché gegangen. Das vietnamesische Restaurant ist wunderschön dekoriert und der Tee war super lecker, sowie auch das Essen. Ihr solltet den Bittermelonentee nehmen – nur zu empfehlen. Am folgenden Tag ging unser Foodhopping auch schon in die zweite Runde und sind dann zufällig beim Italiener Paulo Scutarro vorbeigekommen, der mich mit seiner Dekoration vor dem Lokal angezogen hatte. Die musste gleich mal festgehalten werden. Leider mussten wir schon zum nächsten Termin, sodass das Mittagessen erstmal ausfallen musste. Anschließend wollten wir uns einen Burger im The Bird gönnen, wo wir allerdings eine Stunde zu früh da waren und so noch auf einen leckeren Litschi-Tee beim Vietnamesen Onkel Ho um die Ecke eingekehrt sind. Berlin biete eine große Auswahl an multikulturellen Restaurants und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich überrascht. Falls ihr es noch nicht gesehen habt, ist dies schon der zweite Post meiner Foodhopping-Serie. Ich hoffe, ich kann euch damit das eine oder andere tolle Restaurant oder Bar zeigen und einen Städtebesuch kulinarisch abrunden.

Sunshine at Jardin du Luxembourg

EN – Sweater-love. Sometimes the sun comes out also in winter times in Paris, where I spent some days last week. The perfect weather was warm enough to carry my Giuseppe Zanotti boots, this comfy pull and a light jacket out at Jardin du Luxembourg, which is one of my favorite parks in Paris. Why can’t it be like this every day? DE – Pullover-Liebe. Nachdem ich von dem eisigen Berlin und Dänemark nach Paris zurückgekehrt war, konnte ich noch ein paar Sonnenstrahlen im Jardin du Luxembourg genießen. Es war warm genug um meinen Mantel mit einer leichteren Jacke und einem warmen Strickpulli zu ersetzten. Natürlich habe ich die Gelegenheit sofort genutzt um meine neuen Giuseppe Zanottis auszuführen. Warum kann es nicht jeden Tag so schön sein?
IT – Maglioneee. Appena ritornata dalla freddissima Danimarca e freddissimo Berlino, ho potuto godermi dei momenti di sole al Jardin du Luxembourg a Parigi. Per fortuna faceva il tempo perfetto per indossare una giaccia più leggera e un maglione caldo. La giornata perfetta per fare una passeggiata con i miei nuovi stivali di Giuseppe Zanotti. Se fosse così bello tutti i giorni?

Chinatown

EN – Chinatown. Yes, Paris also has its own China Town. Unfortunately not that big and decorated as the one in London and New York, but still quite cool. There are a lot of nice restaurants and more importantly this huuuuge supermarket. You’ll find everything – also these umbrellas in every color. They suit perfectly with my new blouse, don’t they?
I changed my plans a bit and came back home yesterday for a couple of days to enjoy some time with my family and friends. Wishing you a wonderful Sunday! 

DE – Chinatown. Ja, auch Paris hat sein Chinatown. Leider ist es nicht so groß und so schön dekoriert, wie das in London und New York, hat aber dennoch ein paar leckere Restaurants und viel wichtiger diesen rießigen Supermarkt. Man findet hier alles was das asiatische Herz begehrt – so auch diese bunten Schirmchen. Ich finde meine Bluse passt perfekt in das Ambiente und zu dem Schirmchen. Außerdem könnt ihr mal bei Esprit reinschauen, die haben zur Zeit tolle Blusen – esprit-blusen.de.

Meine Pläne haben sich mittlerweile etwas geändert und werde jetzt einige Tage zuhause verbringen. Freu mich schon auf die Zeit mit meiner Familie und Freunden. Wünsche euch einen schönen Sonntag!

IT – Chinatown. Come in tutte le città anche a Parigi c’è un Chinatown. Non é così grande e decorato come quello a Londra o New York, però ci sono dei ristoranti buonissimi e più importante questo supermercato gigante. Qua si trova di tutto, come anche questi ombrelloni. Si abbinano perfettamente con la mia camicia.
Il mio programma é cambiato un po‘ e sono tornata a casa per passare dei giorni con la mia famiglia e amici. Vi auguro una bella domenica!
