EN – Vacances. As the weather was so awful my boyfriend and I decided spontaneously to hop on the TGV and drive down to Montpellier to visit his sister. Of course, first stop at the beach. Even though Montpellier isn’t situated directly at the sea you can easily access the beaches either by car or like we did by public transport. We decided to drive a little bit farther away from the crowds to the nice Plage du Pilou (take the tram line 4 to Garcia Lorca – get off and take the 32 bus line to Pilou. From there you can get a bike for free with your tram ticket and drive down to the beach. Daily tickets cost 3,80€ or you can tack a return ticket). It was so nice to feel the sun on your skin and bath in the oh so cold seawater.

DE – Vacances. Das Wetter war in den letzten Tagen so schlecht in Paris, sodass mein Freund und ich spontan entschlossen haben seine Schwester in Montpellier zu besuchen. Erster Stop – STRAND. Montpellier liegt nicht direkt am Meer, aber man mit dem Auto oder den Öffentlichen ist das Meer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns für die Plage du Pilou entschieden, die etwas weiter weg von Montpellier liegt (dafür müsst ihr die Tram Linie 4 bis Garcia Lorca nehmen und danach auf den 32er Bus bis Pilou wechseln. Von dort aus könnt ihr euch mit eurem Tramticket kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und an den Strand fahren). Es hat so gut getan endlich Mal wieder Sand zwischen den Zehen zu spüren und in das kühle Nass zu springen.

Benedict. You may have already noticed how much I love poached eggs – the perfect weekend brunch. Thanks to Meg I discovered this great spot in Le Marais, Benedict. They have a great variety of œuf pochés and I need to try out the salmon one next time. If you check out this place I highly recommend to take this refreshing limonade frappé with mint – so delicious! The interior is clean and a huge skylight brings more light into the back of the restaurant. Still, nothing can beat my all-time-favorite Eggs&Co.

EN – Fossil. If you were following German blogger on Instagram last week I’m sure you were bombed with #fossilfrankfurt pictures. Fossil invited a bunch of fashion and lifestyle blogger to their Flagship Store Pre-Opening. Up to know I knew Fossil only from the Ingolstadt Village where I bought my first Michael Kors watch years ago. In daily life I am not wearing a lot of jewellery but I fell deeply in love with those cute bracelets that you can mix & match. Amandine and I also found our favorite sunglasses in the mens’ section. We had so much fun and started the evening with a few Pims Cup cocktails and some sunshine. I’ll show you my look in a separate post!

DE – Fossil. Wenn ihr letzten Donnerstag deutschen Bloggern auf Instagram gefolgt seid, wurdet ihr einen Nachmittag lang mit #fossilfrankfurt bombardiert. Letzte Woche lud Fossil einen bunten Haufen an Mode- und Lifestyle-Blogger nach Frankfurt zum Flagship Store Pre-Opening ein. Fossil kannte ich bisher nur aus dem Ingolstadt Village wo ich vor einigen Jahren meine erste Michael Kors Uhr gekauft hatte. Ich lebe normalerweise eher schmucklos und mag lieber auffallende Kleidung, doch die süßen Armbänder haben es mir sehr angetan. Amandine und ich haben uns ein wenig bei den Männer-Sonnenbrillen ausgetobt und sind auch fündig geworden. Wir Mädels hatten super viel Spaß und haben den Abend mit ein paar Pims Cup Cocktails eingeleitet. Meinen kompletten Look zeige ich euch in einem getrennten Post!

EN – Black. Last week Fossil invited a bunch of German blogger to their Flagship Store Opening to Frankfurt. We arrived a little bit earlier so Maggie and I took advantage of our spare time for a little shooting. I’d already worn this black maxi silk dress from Hallhuber to the Jason Mraz concert last week and it turned out to be the most comfortable travelling dress. The fabric is so light and soft. Moreover, I love the sporty touch of it which allows you to dress it up be it casually or elegantly. This time I combined them to my new strappy heels from Eden. Somehow, even if I don’t want to buy anything in Paris I end up with some nice shoes. Even better if they are down to 70%.

DE – Schwarz. Letzte Woche lud Fossil einige deutsche Blogger zum Flagship Store Opening nach Frankfurt ein. Maggie und ich waren schon etwas früher da und haben die Zeit für ein kleines Shooting genutzt. Dieses Maxi-Kleid von Hallhuber habe ich zum ersten Mal beim Jason Mraz Konzert getragen und hat sich während der Zugfahrt als das perfekte Reisekleid erwiesen. Der Stoff ist so schön weich und luftig. Besonders mag ich den Schnitt, der etwas sportlicher ist, aber dennoch elegant kombinieren kann. Das Highlights des Outfits sind aber eindeutig meine neuen Riemchenschühchen von Eden. Ich nehme mir in Paris zwar immer vor nichts zu kaufen, aber kann bei schönen und dazu noch reduzierten Schuhen einfach nicht nein sagen.

EN – Recap. My last Instagram review was over two months ago so I’d thought it was more than time to share a few pictures with you. Paris been very good – I didn’t expect anything else. Our weekend was super relaxed. We were invited to a friends house outside of Paris for some pool splish splash and amazing BBQ as you can see on the pictures. I love wearing my Espadrij l’originale espadrilles on lazy days. Yesterday we went seeing Winter Sleep in the movies – three hours of a Turkish movie with French subtitles. Still, I understood most of it. Even though it plays in wintertime which is weird to watch in summer I can highly recommend it.

DE – Rückblick. Nachdem mein letzter Instagram-Rückblick schon so lange her ist, wird es heute Mal wieder Zeit. Paris war bis jetzt super – habe auch nichts anderes erwartet. Unser Wochenende war schön entspannt. Am Samstag waren wir bei einem Freund zu Pool & Grillen außerhalb von Paris eingeladen. An solchen Tagen liebe ich es meine Espadrij l’originale Espadrilles zu tragen. Gestern Abend haben wir und Winter Sleep im Kino angesehen – dreistündiger türkischer Film mit französischen Untertiteln, aber ich habe trotzdem fast alles verstanden. Ich kann euch den Film sehr empfehlen, auch wenn er im Winter spielt und wir gerade Sommer haben.
