Afghan restaurant Munich. For my birthday, I was looking for something different than going to eat Greek or Chinese or simply a great burger. After browsing for two hours on the net I stumbled over this great Arabian/Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Schwabing in Munich. Arabesk was the first arabian restaurant in Munich. The recommendations sounded great and I was curious to try it out.
Afghan Restaurant Munich ARABESK
Entering the restaurant you are transmitted to the Middle Eastern world – a note of oriental scent, a super friendly staff and great interior decoration. Out of all the dishes I was only familiar with hummus and couscous. Therefore we ordered randomly through the menu. The dishes we tried were kibbeh maklieh, moschwi mschakal, couscous with vegetables, kohbs, rozz bil sharya, mousaka’a bil hommos and kahruf maschi. Don’t worry the explanations are also in German/English. For those who don’t want to choose out of the long dish list it is convenient to take a menu. Followed by a nice bottle of wine it was a great birthday dinner and definitely not my last time at Arabesk.
Enjoy!
Oh ja, es ist soo lecker da :) Nachdem es ja etwas versteckt liegt und man nicht mal eben dran vorbei läuft, ist das noch ein echter Geheimtipp :)
