Hola from Barcelona! Well, adios as by now I‘m already back to Berlin. I‘ve attended the Smart City Expo World Conference in Barcelona, which was quite interesting. The rest of the week will be as busy. Therefore, I‘ll leave you with a quick new look. This leather jacket has become my favorite this autumn and I love to style it differently each time. Also, a highlight are my new patent leather lace up boots from Peperosa! They‘re so cool – aren‘t they?

„Dou you, do you St Tropez“ was coming out of the radio while we were driving to Saint-Tropez. You don’t know the song? Ah, it’s an old classic French song. Personally, I was more in the “Welcome to St Tropez” party mode. Well, my girlfriends preferred the classics. By the way, since a lot of you remarked – the original title is indeed „Douliou doliou St Tropez“. After a 1,5 hour drive we finally made it to Saint-Tropez. After 6-7 years I was finally back. By the way, you’ll find my first visit here in my blog archive!
It’s quite impossible to find cheap parking spaces. I highly recommend the Parking at Parc de Lices (get the direction here), where you can easily walk into the city centre.

LA CITADELLE de Saint-Tropez
Honestly, I’ve remembered the city completely different. But I also recognized some parts. We strolled through the centre and finally reached the top at La Citadelle de Saint-Tropez. I absolutely recommend the castle wherefrom you’ll have a great view onto the city but also on the surrounding coast (entrance only costs 3€).
MARINER’S CEMETERY in Saint Tropez
When you walk outside the fort and walk right you’ll get to the Mariner’s Cemetery in Saint Tropez, which is quite a different kind of sightseeing. But it was quite nice to see.
Time toEAT!
It was already around noon and we started to get hungry. We’d been talking about Moules et Frites the whole time, which we finally had for lunch. I recommend the Café de Paris right at the harbour. The café / resto offers a lunch menu for 17€ with a huge portion of mussels. You could absolutely share one dish for two. We nearly didn’t finish ours. Two dishes for three would’ve been perfect!
We did a little bit of window shopping right after. There are so many cute boutiques in Saint-Tropez and not necessarily super expensive as you may predict.
CHAPELLE SAINT-ANNE
In the surrounding of Saint-Tropez there is a lot more to discover. We drove the way up to the famous Chapelle Saint-Anne. Actually Mick Jagger got married there. The old Roman church is definitely worth a visit. You’ll once again have a great view on the French riviera.
Afternoon at the BEACH IN RAMATUELLE
We let the afternoon fade out with a little walk and nap on the beach in Ramatuelle. I recommend the beach club Le Club 55 where you can have lunch with the sand in your feet (and parking is included if you have lunch there).
The beach in general was quite calm. Unfortunately, it got already a little bit colder and we decided to drive back to Saint-Tropez. We ended the evening with a nice bottle of rosé! Santé!
Pastificio Tosatti – Italian restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg
Those of you who are following my food recommendations will know that I’m probably the worst person to recommend Italian restaurants out of Italy. On the other hand, all of my German friends love Italian food. A close friend of mine was in town and I’d asked Nadine and Alice where to go. Both replied at the same time – Tosatti! That must be a good sign.
Italian Restaurant in Berlin Pastificio tosatti
Located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg you’ll easily find the Pastificio Tosatti. Yeah, pastificio because they also make their own pasta, which you can also buy. A restaurant, which makes its own pasta is already very rare to find and a good sign of quality. The restaurant itself is super small and has only place for about 15 people. Luckily, I’d booked a table before (which you can do via email – wohoo digitization!).
Pasticceria Tosatti FOOD & DRINKS
The menu consists of three antipasti and six pasta dishes. We tried two bruschette with stracciatella and cherry tomatos (3,50 each). I’ve become quite a fan of stracciatella cheese, which is so good. The antipasto was fresh and delicious, which went really well together with my glass of red wine. Alice had already recommended the Tagliatelle al Ragù alla Bolognese (8,50€), which is always one of my favorites too. I went for the Ravioli filled with porcini, button mushrooms, ricotta (13,00€). Both of the main dishes were really good.
Pastificio Tosatti RÉSUMÉ
I would definitely come back. The atmosphere is laid back and cozy. I’m a huge fan of smaller restaurants and Pasticio Tosatti is definitely a great address. Thank you Alice & Nadine for the recommendation!

When I showed this look to my girlfriends back home their reaction was pretty obvious. They couldn’t believe that I actually went out like that. But why not? Sometimes you can wear a little bit more provocative outfits, right? Especially it is super hot in clubs most of the times and you just want to take off all your clothes (which I still wouldn’t!). Here’s my all black look with a little pop.
