Moon Boot Monaco Low dilemma. Good morning darlings! I completely forgot to share this wonderful winter moment with you. A couple of weeks ago it was snowing so much in Munich and there was this one day, which was super sunny. Of course, I had to get out of the house immediately and shoot with this gorgeous light.

The dilemma with my Moon Boot Monaco Low

When it’s cold I only want to cuddle up in my warm clothes. Therefore, a warm parka, knit pullover and some warm winter boots are a must. I’ve already told you my misère with these Moon Boot Monaco Low boots. I found them 50% in the Sarenza sale and ordered them immediately. I wasn’t willing to pay over 100€ for a pair of Moon Boot Monaco Low. Unfortunately, I ordered them a size too small (which I only noticed after this walk through the Englischer Garten). I found them again in my size but they never arrived. Sarenza has been saying that the order is in process for weeks now. As it’s getting a little bit warmer again I don’t need them any longer. Thank you, Sarenza!

The Bomboogie Parka

My beloved Bomboogie parka (yes I own quite a collection of their jackets and I love every single one of them) is definitely one of my favourite jackets. The cut is so nice and it’s such a lovely change from all the overrated Woolrich jackets you see around the city. Moreover, my model is currently on sale and I highly recommend to get one. In fact, you’ll wear it for many years.

Quick life update

Lastly, a quick life update: as I’ve told you in my Monthly Review, I’m leaving Munich for a bit. I’m sure I’ll miss the city a lot thus I will come back every week. I know myself too well! I’ll be traveling so much until June that its time to move in with my mum again back home. But I’m happy! In fact, it’s so nice to be back home a little longer than my usual 2-3 days. Therefore, I’ll spend the week in Munich and I’m going to fly to Japan next week. I’ll come back to Munich for a couple of days full of appointments and then fly to Berlin for the ITB, the famous travel fair. Anyone around for that? So much for now! As you can see, quite a lot is going on right now.

Wish you a wonderful day!

My TRAVEL bucket list for 2017

The Golden Bun | München Modeblog, German Fashion Blog, Fashionblogger, new trends
Travel-bucket list. My travel bucket list for this year was harder to pick than I thought. Last year I managed to cross off so many point off my bucket list, which I’d never thought before – 4/10 is not so bad. I crossed off Barcelona (which I will definitely head to another time this year), Lisbon, Marrakech and was for the first time in Croatia (where I’ll definitely need to go another time this year). I also had Tokyo on my list, which I’ll tick off next week. I can’t wait!

Here are my travel bucket list ideas for this year:

travel bucket list Heli-Ski in Canada

Since watching Jon Olsson Vlogs I just want to go skiing every day. Laax was so great and we had so much powder thus heli-skiing is definitely on my wishlist now. If it wasn’t so expensive! And skiing in Japan is also on my list now!

travel bucket list Thailand

I’ll probably fly to Thailand for the first time in April and I can’t wait. (ok, now the secret is already out, ooops).

travel bucket list Brazil

A friend of mine lived there for quite a bit. Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo look so beautiful. However, I also want to go to the inland.

travel bucket list Sicily

Even though, I was born in Italy I’ve never been to Sicily before. But I always said that I can do Europe when I’m old and I don’t want to fly again.

travel bucket list Seven-lake-hike in South Tyrol

You can also have little travel bucket points in your own home, can’t you? I got a lot into hiking and the Seven Lake Hike is definitely high on my list.

travel bucket list Oslo

I had to add one or two places in Europe two. A little weekend getaway is always great. Oslo has so much to offer in architecture, art and culinary. Right now it is probably a little bit too cold but I’ll need to check flights for spring.

travel bucket list California

I wanted to go to California now in early spring but my plans have changed and other travels came in between. I’ll try to postpone that to autumn as soon as it gets cold here.

travel bucket list Oman

Amandine has just been in Oman and the pictures looked so nice. Also, being such a Indiana Jones fan, some of the film scenes were shot there. I imagine the land to be absolutely stunning and so authentic.

travel bucket list South Africa

Another hot destination, where the sun shines 24/7. Cape Town and Johannesburg look so nice and everything is so instagramable there. Of course, I want to do glamping and a safari.

travel bucket list Athens

Another European city which I’ll visit in June together with Amandine. Athens is super interesting historically and architecturally. One of the biggest art fares takes place in Athens this year – the Documenta, which I can’t miss. Moreover, I’m such a Greece fan and I can’t wait to eat gyros and Greek salad all day long!

Now let’s see what will come up this year. I’m super excited!

Sleeveless knit top. Did you miss them, my looks? Whenever I post something new I feel like I haven’t published one for ages. Right now there are so many other topics in the first place. Don’t worry, I’ll find my way back to regular outfit posting again. I still have a couple of winterly looks ready and will hopefully get to shooting some new ones.

I’m a huge fan of sleeveless knit tops. You can imagine that I immediately fell head over heels with this beautiful knit top from Comma (which is on sale right now btw). My grey knit top from Asos became a true capsule piece in my wardrobe. Therefore, I’m delighted to be able to wear my new piece in spring/summer. In winter you can style the knit top perfectly with a nice lace blouse or chiffon top underneath while in spring I love to wear it without anything below. The look is perfect with skinny jeans.

I wish you a wonderful Sunday!

Ps. My Dubai video went online yesterday and I’m curious what you’ll think! ❥

Pantene Pflegespülung SMART Pro-V Formel, Pantene SMART Pro-V Palina Rojinski, Haare, richtige Pflege für Haare

Hallmann & Klee | Breakfast & Brunch in Berlin

breakfast in berlin hallmann & klee | where to have breakfast in Berlin, Frühstücken in Neukölln, Breakfast in Neukölln, Berlin Restaurant Guide

Breakfast in Neukölln. Another lovely discovery is Hallmann & Klee. Close friends of mine live in Neukölln and they’re always in search for some new and hip places. Perfect whenever I visit because they always have a new spot ready for me. On weekends we always sleep in quite late and I loved to have a late breakfast in Neukölln.

Breakfast in Neukölln Hallmann & Klee

Apparently Hallmann & Klee tries to get a Michelin star, my friend told me. I am willing to pay more for food and restaurants but then it needs to be absolutely worth it. But don’t worry breakfast & brunch prices are still very reasonable. Hallmann & Klee is a bright restaurant, which serves breakfast until 3am on weekends and has also dinner service. Perfect for long sleepers and great for a late nightcap!

Hallmann & Klee Food & Drinks

On the menu you’ll find a basic breakfast menu, but all dishes are served with a twist. In fact, the meals are beautifully styled on the plates (not to mention the beautiful plates itself). My friend took the Kleines Frühstück together with salmon. Whenever you order salmon, you’ll get smoked salmon. At Hallmann & Klee you’ll be offered a fresh slice of salmon that they’ll smoke quickly with the Bunsen burner. So delicious! My poached eggs (yes I know, I’m quite addicted) were served on a Spinach cream along with a light salad – the perfect brunch dish. The bread tasted heavenly. In general, I noticed that they serve really great and diverse sorts of bread in Berlin. Breakfast for a grasse matinée (how the French love to call a relaxed morning) is served until 3am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Girls who brunch – with my dear Amandine

All in all, I absolutely loved the atmosphere at Hallmann & Klee. The staff is super friendly and try one of their delicious tartes or sweets they offer in the vitrine. Therefore, it’s the perfect spot for a breakfast in Neukölln.

I wish you a wonderful day!
