EN – Autumn. I hope you are doing fine. Uni started again and I was quite busy this week with running errands, blogger events and catching up with friends. We needed quite some time to acclimatise back home after our Bali Trip.
Outfitwise I am not ready to give up on white jeans already – of course you can wear them in winter time but they get dirty even faster. Right now I have rediscovered this fluffy vest which matches with nearly everything. Hopefully, winter isn’t showing too quickly.

DE – Herbst. Ich hoffe es geht euch allen gut. Bei mir ist die Uni ist diese Woche wieder losgegangen und ich hatte so viel zu tun, dass ich es kaum zum bloggen geschafft habe. Vor allem mussten wir nach unserer Bali Reise erstmal wieder ankommen.
Outfittechnisch bin ich noch nicht bereit weiße Jeans gegen dünklere einzutauschen – natürlich kann man sie auch im Winter tragen, aber sie tendieren viel schneller schmutzig zu werden. Zur Zeit habe ich auch diese flauschige Fellweste wiederentdeckt, die so gut zu allem passt. Ich hoffe der Winter kommt nicht allzu schnell.

EN – Oktoberfest. While we were still on the beach in Bali the Oktoberfest was already in full swing back in Munich. Luckily, we made it back to Munich on time to party one last time there. As we hadn’t reserved a table we needed to get up really early. Not so hard for us thanks to our jetlag. My favorite tent is the Hacker Pschorr tent – ‘the heaven of the Bavarians’. Together with a few good friends from back home who’ve just moved to Munich we had so much fun. Only the music band didn’t play so often during the day – so it was up to us to sing.

DE – Oktoberfest. Während wir noch am Strand lagen und sommerliche Temperaturen genossen, war die Wiesn schon im vollen Gange. Hier habe ich einen ausführlicheren Beitrag über die Wiesn für Groupon verfasst. Zum Glück sind wir noch rechtzeitig zurückgekommen und haben es gestern noch ein Mal auf die Wiesn geschafft. Wenn man keinen Tisch reserviert hat, heißt es früh aufstehen, doch Dank unseres Jetlags konnten wir ein Mal ohne Probleme aufstehen. Wie immer ging es in mein Lieblingszelt – ins Hacker Pschorr, der Himmel der Bayern. Zusammen mit guten Freunden aus der Heimat, die jetzt auch nach München gezogen sind, haben wir einen lustigen Tag verbracht. Leider war die Musikkapelle gestern ein bisschen faul und hat ständig Pause gemacht – mussten die Besucher halt singen.

Singaporefood. And here comes my very last travel post and definitely one of my eating highlights. Thankfully a good friend of ours recommended us a few places, i.e. the amazing Wang Dae Bak Korean BBQ. Still thinking about the chicken and the delicious mushrooms. Also, we had to try ‘chicken rice’ when you’re in Singapore and tried the one at An Thai Haianese Chicken Rice at the Maxwell Foodcentre. I love all those foodcourts where you have such a great variety of food and delicious juices. The juices weren’t as fresh and good as on Bali, though. Singapore was definitely a great food city and I could’ve spent a few more days to discover more restaurants.

Singapore 2. We did more or less only touristy things in Singapore, e.g. ticking Chinatown, a visit to the Merlion on the opposite site of Marina Bay Sands and a ride with the cable car off from the list. And as all good things sooner or later come to an end we celebrated our trip on the sky bar 1-Altitude and enjoyed an amazing view by night.

Summer look with long sleeves. Today we came back to Munich and I want to go back to Bali immediately – far away from the daily university grind. But I can’t wait to go to the Wiesn this weekend which will be so much fun again. But back to Singapore.

Compared to Bali it was so hot in the city. On the other hand people cool down all the places to minus degrees. That is why we always carried a long-sleeved t-shirt and hoodie with us. I ordered these cute lace espadrilles before we left and combined it with this lovely bouclé wrap skirt, which I’d already shown you here.
