EN – Hairtalk. Finally, I managed to take on again my feature “my favorite…” on, which I’d started before my departure to China. There was still one chapter left – haircare. I get a lot of compliments for my hair and I am so happy that it grew so long now. That is probably the reason why I keep avoiding the hairdresser.
I got my hair dyed one time about two year at the L’Oreal Hair Show and used the L’Oreal Professional INOA shampoo, lotion and mask for a couple of years now. It makes your hair really soft. With the years my scalp got really dry, so I am using a special serum from La Biosthetique now, which you can easily apply after washing your hair.
In summertime I leave my hair in their natural curly condition, but whenever I am smoothening them I apply the ghd heat protector or the Aveda damage remedy daily hair repair car first. It is really important that you protect your hair from the heat.
Once in a while, I cure my hair with a special luxury Action 2 Phases treatment by La Biosthetique, whereafter my hair is even stronger and shinier. Even thought, it is a little bit expensive, I can highly recommend you this product.

DE – Haarpflege. Endlich bin ich dazugekommen, meine Reihe “meine Lieblings-…” fortzusetzen, die ich vor meiner Reise nach China gestartet hatte. Ein Kapitel fehlte noch – meine Haarpflege. Ich bekomme sehr viele Komplimente für meine Haare und bin zur Zeit auch sehr glücklich, dass sie so lang gewachsen sind. Das ist mitunter wahrscheinlich auch der Grund, warum ich mich zur Zeit um jeden Friseur schleiche.
Meine Haare hatte ich vor zwei Jahren bei der L’Oreal Hair Show in München mal gefärbt und habe seitdem deren Produkte verwendet – das L’Oreal Professional INOA Shampoo, Balsam und Pflegemaske. Meistens habe ich aber anstelle des Balsams gleich die Maske verwendet. Mein Haar war wunderbar weich und glänzend. Seit einiger Zeit ist aber meine Kopfhaut sehr trocken, dass ich zusätzlich noch ein spezielles Serum von La Biosthetique verwende. Es ist leicht anwendbar und hilft wirklich.
Im Sommer lasse ich meine Haare meistens lufttrocknen, im Winter hingegen glätte ich sie gerne mal. Dazu trage ich immer zuerst einen Schutz von ghd oder die Damage Remedy Hair Repair von Aveda auf. Mit beiden Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Zwischendrin brauchen meine Haare, dann wieder ein kleines Verwöhnprogramm und verwende eine Spezialkur Action 2 Phases von La Biosthetique. Das Haar wird dadurch wieder gestärkt und glänzt schön. Besonders merke ich die Qualität des Produktes dadurch, dass meine Locken sich viel schöner aufkringeln. Das Produkt ist zwar teuer, aber jedem zu empfehlen.
