One style has become indispensable in the gastronomic scene – Art Deco. Funky design elements combined to delicate pastel shades on the walls and as furniture for instance. In addition, there are materials such as white perforated sheeting and colourful accessories. All this can be found in the new Lilli P Restaurant. And no, the P does not stand for pastel, but is the abbreviation for the street of the same name named after the actress Lilli Palmer.

The Lilli P is the latest gastronomic project of the owners of Occam Deli, Trattoria Seerose and Theresa Grill & Bar. Of all the restaurants mentioned, the Lilli P is already my favourite.

The Lilli P offers various bowls:

• Power Bowl with blue cartotte, flower sprouts, hazelnut, turnips (8,00€)
• Asia Bowl with grilled tomato, green asparagus, Edamame, Pak Choi, Jerusalem artichoke (7,50€)
• Hot Bowl with Chili sin carne, sweet potato, black beans, chili, sour cream (8,50€)
• […]

You can add any three more ingredients, a topping and a salad dressing to the bowls.

I chose the Asia Bowl with additional lentils and sea asparagus in chili with goat cheese, coriander and turmeric dressing on top. The bowl was absolutely delicious, tasted very healthy and I would order the same again.

RÉSUMÉ

The location of the restaurant / café was perfect for me, as I mostly spend the night near the Donnersberger bridge.  The ambience is super relaxed, the interior, as you can see, super lovingly designed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I’d love to come back again.

Unfortunately the restaurant is only open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 – 20:00 o’clock. In fact, the opening hours are mainly directed to the offices in the surrounding area. The restaurant is perfect for after-work during the week. During the warmer days there is a spacious sun terrace. Let’s hope that they’ll open for the weekends during summer time too.
