My Easter in South Tyrol was very beautiful, but as always much too short. This year was super relaxed. The weather was fantastic and I spent most of the time at home in the sun. After a nice Easter Sunday with the family I met Bastian for breakfast in Kaltern in Überetsch. We wanted to visit our friend in The Wanda | 12 suites & breakfast for so long. Said done.

The breakfast trend has also spread to South Tyrol for a few years now. I can only understand it too well, because what could be better than having breakfast or a brunch outdoors 350 sunny days a year?
The Wanda offers a fix breakfast menu which consist of an étagère with yoghurt and muesli, cheese and meat cold cuts, as well as fresh fruit. Fresh egg dishes and a Kaiserschmarren are a must and included in the breakfast set. Freshly squeezed juice and coffee are also included.
- The breakfast can be ordered after registration for 28€ including a hot drink and a glass of Prosecco.

We spent a few hours in the sun. The Design Bed & Breakfast The Wanda opens the sun terrace from 11:00 o’clock also for external guests. An aperitif at 17:00 – 18:00 is highly recommended.

Modern comfort in the suites
One of the highlights of the house is the spa area with a view of the surrounding wineries. Oh, I understand all too well why South Tyrol attracts so many holidaymakers.
