Candelaria. In Paris gehen einem die Restaurants nie aus. Diese Woche war ich mit Freundinnen im Candelaria nahe der Metro Filles du Calvaire. Das Lokal ist superklein mit nur einem Tisch für 6 und 6 weiteren Plätzen am Thresen. Der Ansturm ist groß und so muss man auch schon mal eine Viertel Stunde warten, die sich aber mit einem kühlen mexikanischem Bier und beispielsweise einer Portion Guacamole gut verbringen lässt. Nachdem wir endlich Plätze bekommen haben, haben wir uns auf weitere Leckereien gestürzt und so habe ich mal ein Taco mit Kaktus probiert, das ich vorher noch nie gegessen hatte. Hier werde ich definitiv ein anderes Mal wiederkommen. ¡Buen provecho!

YAY! This is one of my most favourite places to eat in Paris!! I’m glad you tried it out. It’s a great little haven for Mexican food in a sea of French cuisine. Did you have a particular dish that you liked best?
