Eggs&Co. I could eat eggs every day and since I live in Paris I love poached eggs most (more here & here). I had a little brunch with a friend of mine at this cute little place called Eggs & Co in Saint-Germain des Près and I love it. The atmosphere is cozy and it’s a good place for a little brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Of course, we had some poached eggs, but the next time I’ll try one of the oeuf Cocottes, served – as the name says it already – in cocottes.
