South Tyrol | Breakfast at 4* Stars Hotel Greif – where to stay in Bozen

Hotel Greif. Hotel Greif, the designhotel in the heart of my hometown Bozen. Last week I had the pleasure to have breakfast at Hotel Greif. The four star hotel is praised for its delicious breakfast by many clients, whereof the hotel manager Doris Gotter takes special care. The rich buffet serves local bread, homemade cakes, a great choice of fresh fruits, cereals and more. Too much that I could try it all! On top of it – homemade jam prepared by the director herself. I am already spoiled by my mom’s jams, but they were as good as hers. Another speciality is their Bircher müsli, whereof I still need to find a recipe. You can see it on the seventh picture. I love breakfasts in hotels and I usually stay for at least two hours. If I had the time I could get used to such breakfasts.
