a beautiful bedside table…
I’m already living four months in Berlin. Crazy how time flies. Also, it’s the first time that I live in a flat share again after returning from Paris in 2014 – already four years ago! In fact, I live with two close friends now. The most important thing is that we get along really well and I enjoy cooking together from time to time and have somebody to chat with after work (whenever I’m not out and about in Berlin).
My first interior post from my flat in Berlin had to wait a little bit because it’s still lacking at some parts. But I’m going to put you on the rack a little longer and won’t be showing all of it today. Today you’ll get the first impressions from my ‘bedside situation’.
- Curious how I lived in Munich before? Here are some old pictures from my flat…
I hadn’t planned to get some Skandinavian flair into my room. Usually I prefer the American glam look. Overall my room is quite white but I love to add some color and different materials here and there. Also, colorful bedding is a great idea too.
How hard can it be to find a beautiful bedside table?
It’s really hard to find a beautiful bedside table. I’m a huge fan of tray tables as nightstand. Luckily I came along the furniture of Cult Furniture. Fell in love with this model, ordered, happy. I absolutely love the open version, which you can also style with different accessories (there is also a closed version with a drawer).
… what else is on my bedside table?
Speaking of, I can also show you my bits and bobs on the bedside table: a romantic candle should never be missing, foot care from Tromborg and two hand lotions from L’Occitane (find the limited edition here) and Crabtree & Evelyn Summer Hill.
Doze of WONDERS
These little wonders create a relaxed sleep-in atmosphere. I love to spray some Primavera pillow spray before going to bed. Moreover, tea tree oil does its wonders too. Amazing!
Next time my wardrobe will be up. Are you excited?
Ha, genau das Problem mit dem Nachttisch hab ich auch! Aber dieses Einrichten von neuen Wohnungen macht riesig Spaß! Bin schon auf deine weiteren neuen Ecken gespannt! Liebe Grüße, Amelie
