Good morning and happy start into the new week! I’ve started the new week with waking up with new energy. I’ve had such a great with friends and family on the weekend. Some time offline is just the best! In fact, my grandfather turned 90 on Saturday. So happy that he’s still in form and it was such a nice party. The following day I spent the whole day at the open-air bath up in the mountains. A whole day relaxing was definitely needed and I spent it with my bestie at the open-air bath up in the mountains. Perfect day!
Look with Superga gold & black Seafolly top
When looking at my pictures I’m definitely still in Greece mode. Awww – it was such a good time! Therefore, let’s continue with the posts and I’ve got a nice relaxed evening look from Karpathos for you. Even though, it was super hot during the day, it was quite windy in the evening. I’m wearing my new Seafolly top combined to my favorite Guess jeans (Guess jeans are definitely my favorite jeans) and some golden accents with the Surperga gold and gold-pleated earrings.

It was more than about time for a Greece vacation. Two weeks of Greek islands were calling and I was very excited. Our first stop was Rhodes, where we spent four days. Unfortunately, it rained cats and dogs on the first day. On our last day we boarded the cruise ship. Therefore, we only had two full days. Luckily, the weather got better and we enjoyed some time at different beaches.
We slept in Iallysos in the North-West of the island. For us it was very convenient since it was in between the airport and the port of Rhodes. However, I would suggest sleeping in Lindos or Faliraki. There you’ll find the most beautiful beaches!
Car rental RHODES
In general, Greek islands are very well connected between cities and beaches. Nonetheless we’ve decided to rent a car to be more independent. I’d already booked the car in March on Rent a Car Rhodes and got a great deal.
We paid 80€ + 20€ fuel for 4 days. Very convenient since a taxi drive from the airport to Iallysos would’ve already cost 17€. To Lindos it costs over 70€.

RhodesBEACHES
To be honest, the most beautiful beaches are along the East coast. On our West side there were only grey pebble beaches with a little bit of Rimini flair. Thus head to the Eastern coast and dive into the picturesque villages. Between Faliraki and Lindos you’ll find beautiful bays – be it sand or pebble beaches.
Pefkos beach – narrow beach along the East coast under Lindos
Tsambika beach – a flat beach with beautiful sand
Anthony Quinn bay – pebble bay in the South of Faliraki
Kalithea bay – belongs to the Kalithea Srpings thermal baths. Entrance 3€
Ladiko bay – great bay with clear water and perfect for snorkeling
Afandou beach – pebble beach with a beautiful cave
our first lunch at the beach in Lindos
Stroll throughLINDOS
It started to become overcast, which was perfect to leave the beach and stroll through the old town of the picturesque Lindos. The cute town lies around 55km away from Rhodes town. On top you’ll find the famous Acropolis of Lindos.

I love Greek food! On our last evening we ate at Mama’s Psitonostimies, which I highly recommend. Rustic ambience with a super nice staff and more importantly great food.

OLD TOWN RHODES
The old town of Rhodes has many beautiful sights. Perfect to dive one more time into the history of Greece. Personally, I found the old town way too touristy. On the other hand, I really liked to stroll along the post. Here are a couple sightseeing suggestions:
the medieval town
archeological museum
Grandmaster’s Palace
Nea Agora
Süleyman-Pascha-Mosque
Palazzo Governale
Kirche zum Hl. Pantaleon in Siána

Rhodes résumé: Rhodes is a popular destination as there are cheap flights and hotels on the island. There are a couple of nice beaches. I’ve already visited a lot of Greek islands and in my opinion Rhodes isn’t quite worth to go. I’m going to show you more Greek islands in the next posts, which are way more beautiful.

It’s been quite a while now that I was in Berlin last time. The last time was in February with Amandine and Julia. Julia and I did a little food hopping on the weekend. Great for you because I’ve still got a few unpublished recommendations. I feel like I only have breakfast-/brunch recommendations but I just love to do that whenever I’m in Berlin. And Berlin has lots to offer when it comes to restaurants. Today I’ll talk to you about the cute Kaffeebar Berlin – great place to have breakfast in Kreuzberg.
Brunch in BerlinKAFFEEBAR BERLIN
The café is lead by half-German, half-Australian. They focus on delicious healthy dishes and Kaffeebar Berlin tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. The interior is an industrial/shabby mix. You’ll find colorful chairs and tables along with a brick-built counter. The café is divided into three parts – a nice terrace outside for the warmer days, a spacious part with tables and counter and a chill area in the backside.
Kaffeebar BerlinFOOD & DRINKS
On the menu you’ll find a variety of healthy dishes. Each breakfast/brunch lover’s heart will jump for joy here. For example they offer:
a French breakfast with Croissant, homemade jam, fruits (3,80€)
or the KB Weekend Brunch Plate with avocado, sweet potato patties … (8,50€)
or a Green Breakfast Bowl with quinoa and spinach … (8,20€)
Whenever I see Eggs Benedict (7,50€) on the menu I don’t need to decide for long. Perfect as they come together with acovado – delicious! Julia took the sourdough toast with avocado (5,80€). Along with each breakfast you can also order some side dishes (+bio ei +Avocado +side salad +house tomato chutney +gluten free bread +slice of sourdough).
Of course, you’ll also find something for the small appetite. Kaffebar Berlin offers a daily changing soup (4,40€) or quiche (3,50€). Moreover, you’ll get a delicious toasted sourdough sandwich with goat cheese, sweet onion relish, tomato, arugula … (5,20€). At the counter they also have delicious cake where you can’t passt without having one.
Amandine and I have been there already for another time. Of course, I took the Eggs Benedict one more time. They’re way too delicious. I’ll definitely come back. I just love the cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Next time also for lunch!
I hope you liked this article about breakfast in Berlin!

I’m absolutely in summer mood. Well, probably because I’ve just come back from my two-weeks trip to Greece. A little bit more tanned, full with freckles and I’ve brought a bunch of vacations pictures. I will show you them within the next weeks.
Today I’ve got a new look for you. I’ve already shot this one a while ago at the beautiful Le Logis Grey Goose manor house. About a month ago it was a little bit colder there, which is why I wore my black ankle boots. Today I would combine the look with a pair of golden sandals. I was looking for the perfect metallic-skirt for a while now and found it at Oasis. Moreover, I’m always in constant search for great tops and I’ve also added this beautiful lace top to the cart. Oh and by the way, I’ve started to put on some more lipstick again. I was traveling quite a bit and a nice color on your lips makes you feel dressed immediately.
I’m back home shortly. After two weeks in Greece 🇬🇷 doing laundry, finishing unfinished work was on the agenda. But now I need to pack my luggage again. With all the traveling I completely forgot to share my May recap with you. One of the reasons was that a) the internet in Greece wasn’t the best and b) I’ve had a little creative down. On the other hand, Amandine and I have updated you regularly with travel inspiration.
May has definitely been the most travel intensive month. Probably also the time where I spent most of the time in different hotels. In fact, I was 9 out of 31 days at home. Here’s a little recap:
I’ve told you quite a crazy schedule but definitely fun!

To be honest, I didn’t have much time to reflect. There are many things going around in my head. Among these is our current house project. Those of you who have followed my Instastories may have seen pictures of our house renovations once in a while. In fact, my mom has moved to her parents house over a year ago. Lots had to be done there! Painting walls, laying floors and tiles, mounting cabinets and much more. We’ve done most of the things by ourselves – this is what I call #girlpower! Lately, we’ve finished our renovations of our guest bathroom. We’ve still got so many ideas. Likewise in the garden there is a lot of work too. The next big project will be the renovation of our attic. My brother is going to come home for the summer too and space in the apartment will get smaller. Therefore, I have to measure the attic later and do some plans. Back to my #architecturelife! If someone searches me – I’m on Pinterest the next days. Do you want to see more pictures from our renovations?
Monthly favoritesBOUGHT
Right on time for the summer I went to the Seafolly Sample Sale in Munich. Luckily I had only 100€ cash with me otherwise I would’ve bought so much more. 1,5 hours later my friend and I had tried so many bikinis. I chose 3 bikinis, 1 bathing suit, 1 black top and 1 sun screen. I’m so happy with my haul and I’ve already worn everything on my workation.

Monthly favoritesPLANNED – TRAVELS
The first half of the year is nearly over and all my crazy travel plans come to their end. I’ve got the feeling that the summer is going to be great. I didn’t plan much for it because I want to enjoy it to the fullest here in South Tyrol. This week I’ll fly to Tuscany for a photo job and next week I’m back in Munich for short next week. The rest of the month I’ll “only” be in South Tyrol – I think there are worse places ;-)
