Foodhopping.Wir haben so viele unterschiedliche Kochrichtungen ausprobiert und hatte mich gefreut nach Peking zurückzukehren, um nochmal eine kulinarischen Höhepunkt zu erleben. Außerdem stand die Pekingente noch immer auf unserer Essensliste. Im Reiseführer wurde sie hochgepriesen. Die Ente an sich war schon lecker, aber nicht ein Gericht, das ich ständig essen konnte. Da bevorzuge ich die sichuanische Küche mit ihren frischen, geschmacksintensiven und scharfen Zutaten um einiges mehr. Natürlich verschlug es uns nochmals in ein sichuanisches Lokal, wo wir reichlich geschlemmt haben. Zusammenfassend muss ich sagen, dass wir nicht einmal schlecht gegessen hatten. Und zur Zeit ist es grad komisch, mal nicht mehr Nudeln oder Rindssuppe zu frühstücken. Man gewöhnt sich immer viel zu schnell an alles!
