Foodhopping. We’d tasted quite a lot of different cuisines and I was looking forward to the culinary culmination back in Beijing. Still, we needed to try the famous Beijing duck, which we did on our last evening. Many people described it as one of the best dishes. Indeed it was really good but only for once in a while. I prefer the Sichuan cuisine with their tasty, fresh and spicey ingridients so much more. Therefore, we went back to enjoy this style for the last time. And it was so good. Overall, I will miss the food a lot and we got so used to a Chinese breakfast with noodles or spicey beef-soup.
